***** did an absolute great job for us when Al*****te was trying to s**** us over. I'd highly recommend him to anybody on getting a fair amount on the value of their vehicle in a totalled situation. Invoke your right of appraisal and call ***** @ Collision Service Investigators, you won't be sorry and his fee is plenty reasonable too.

***** is amazing at what he does! He was able to get me 30k more for my RV. He is professional and does exactly what he says he is going to do! I am so thankful that I was able to find him to help me with this difficult claim. It never ceases to amaze me how auto insurers will try to take advantage of people affected by Hurricane ******. Your insurance companys appraisers valued your motor home at $58,797.00, which was far too low. Fortunately, I worked with an ethical opposing appraiser who, like me, recognized that your motor home was worth much more. Im glad to hear you were satisfied with the settlement of $91,723.00. CSI got me over 5k on the value of my 2022 ****** Rav4 when it was deemed a total loss. The insurance tried to give me far less than the **** ***** had it resolved in just a few days. He also took the time to talk with me, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. He is an expert and any fee paid to him is well worth it.Collision Service Investigators

My family of 6 are very blessed and thankful to Danny************ at CSI for our diminished value claim! Our saga began over 9 months ago when our brand new **** Explorer ST with only 7k miles (didnt even have a chance to get the first oil change before the accident!) was t-boned at an intersection. The other party was cited 100% at fault this was our first time ever dealing with an accident/insurance claim for a vehicle. After contacting Danny over 7 months ago, we started the journey of trying to settle the diminished value claim against the lovely ************************** agencyAt the start of the process I had no clue how obnoxious an insurance company could actually be! Danny is certainly one cut above the rest as he knew the process inside and out. He would counsel me though the multiple challenges of just trying to have National General acknowledge the claim in the first place this took over 3 months alone. Then Danny was able to navigate the initial (extremely low) diminished value settlement offer ($1,600 for a vehicle that sustained over $10k in repair costs); unacceptable. In the end we were able to settle at $6k in diminished value! Thank you Danny Now here is the important part about Danny. In that time period of working my diminished claim, Danny and I exchanged a staggering 262 emails on this subject! His dedication is unprecedented to helping others in this situation, his knowledge is the most Ive seen in the business, and his connections to influential organizations such as NC ********** of ********* and others add significant credibility that Danny will get it done. He also answered my calls day or night- to provide additional guidance and insights on what to do next. He always had a plan on how to proceed forward. ****, first let me say thank you for allowing me to be your appraiser. I know we had several emails and phone conversations about your claim, but I did not realize there were 262 emails. Now, I believe in providing the best customers ********************** as possible, and sharing my knowledge to help my customers thought the claim process is important to me. So if it took 262 emails to help a customer, I just do it! As for the length of time it took to settle claim, it did take longer than I was expecting. Yet in the end you did not give up on me, and together we finished the race with a settlement you were happier with. ***** did an excellent job helping us negotiate our diminished value claim after being hit all down the side of our Lexus LX570. Progressive only offered us $1500, but ***** was able research and get us a settlement of $4000. I would definitely recommend *****!Collision Service Investigators
