State farm offered my wife and I $33,000 for our 4runner. Slap in the face!!!! I tried to negotiate with them and they wouldn't budge. I contacted ***** and he did some diligent research. We came to a final settlement with state farm for $38,733.79. I am super thankful to *****. He's the man.

*****, first I like to say thank you for allowing me to be your appraiser on your total loss claim and I do appreciate to know you and your wife are thankful for what I was able to do for you.The CCC one value of $33,028 that the ** adjuster claimed your 4Runner was worth was a low ball number. Luckily I found the correct comparable 4Runners for sale, to prove the CCC one value was flawed and at the end of the day, your claim settlement came out well at $38,733.79. *****Review fromChristina E

Could not have asked for a better experience. This was the first time we had ever totaled a vehicle and insurance really failed us. The hit is with a low offer and would not take into account any aftermarket parts. Our truck was a salvage vehicle and even after paying full coverage for almost 7 year insurance made it sound like we should be greatful for that offer. Instead we reached out to Danny. Danny communicated with us in a timely manner and always answered any questions I had. I'm sure I asked him a million. He reviewed our case and was confident he could do better, especially with the parts reciepts we had. He didn't disappoint! He nearly doubled out payout. We were very happy, as we felt that that offer was closer to the value of our truck. Danny we can't thank you enough! Danny was extremely helpful! He handled this claim within days! Farm Bureau Ins co was not even comparing the same model car. Comparing a V6 to a V8 is not the same nor what I paid on the premiums. He was able to settle this claim the same day the information was presented to the insurance company. Danny was able to get me $7000 more than their original settlement offer on my total loss! I'd recommend Danny to anyone who questions the insurance settlements! He is very knowledgable and kept me informed with every step of the process!Collision Service Investigators

****, your total loss claim was one of the fastest I eever settled and I still cannot believe the adjuster would think a V6 was compatible to the Hemi in your car. I am so glad I called Danny - I had no perspective on how to calculate Diminished Value. The online formulas I found were worthless. Get Danny's help if you are new to this area. He knows the terrain and can tell you upfront how the process is likely to pan out. And he will work hard to get a reasonable offer from the insurance company - which he was able to do for me. I appraise and provide a service far beyond what my appraisals cost, which found out for yourself. As for the online formulas, you are so correct, they are useless and majority favor the auto insurer. Danny helped me with my recent total loss value which was few thousands more than what my insurance compnay first offered me. He was very professional, knowledgable and he walked thorugh every step over the phone and was every step ahead of what would come out from the insurance company. The process was fast, he kept me updated and my insurance compant finally agreed with almost what Danny quoted. I wish I had contacted him much earlier to get off the stress with my total loss car value that the insurance compant first offered. As you have experienced, I do my best to inform all total loss claimants of what steps are required when faced with a total loss. Yes it is a stressful situation for many total loss claimants, since they do not truly understand the process. Each claim result is different due to the year model, type and how strong or weak is the used car market on that particulate vehicle.
