I was so pleased with Danny's help. My son and I were impressed with his knowledge of the business. I was also impressed with how fast he got everything done. He would be one of the first people I call if we are ever involved in an accident again. It is one of those situations you hope to never be in but if you are having the right people on your side makes all the difference in the world. Truly blessed that someone recommended him to my son.

5 starsI am extremely pleased with the results that Danny was able to get us. We had a total loss vehicle that the insurance company was significantly under valuing in today's market. Danny gave us a complete overview of the process and guided us through it. We were able to recover significantly more using Danny's services. I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with Danny's knowledge of the Insurance regulations in North Carolina and his ability to navigate the process required to fight and win again st the insurance company. *****, first thing is, thank you for allowing me to be your appraiser. As you found out for yourself, when making a claim for diminished value, the right wording has to be stated to the adjuster of at-fault insurance company. As for the auto insurer you had to deal with, the "magic" words to get your claim going in the right direction with good results. Thank you again for allowing me to be your appraiser. Danny's services were a blessing! From start to finish, he made things EXTREMELY easy and straightforward for us during a stressful time after our accident. His communication was always prompt and never had an issue getting in touch with him. A friend of mine referred me to him, and Danny definitely did not disappoint. One thing I've said to others is this is not a service one wants to need, but if/when needed, I give my full support behind Danny's expert experience and service to his customers. When we first spoke, he stated that if we were to receive half of his estimation of loss of value, we would be pleased, and I can say that we were able to receive 75% of his estimation of loss. We were very pleased with his work ethic and professionalism. If I ever need similar services in the future, I'll surely be contacting Danny!Collision Service Investigators

I’m suspicious of businesses with ONLY 5 star reviews. But I gave Danny a chance anyway. I’m so glad I did! That was some of the best money I’ve ever spent! I paid Danny $375, but got over $3000 more from the insurance company that I had been haggling with for months! Danny talked me through the process, handled all the haggling for me, and all I had to do was sign the documents from the insurance company. Call Danny if you are thinking you might need an appraisal. You’ll be glad you did!Collision Service Investigators

*******, first I like to thank you for allowing me to be your appraiser. As other total loss claimants have, you have experienced the low-balling by your auto insurer. Since each vehicle is different as per year, make and model, I have been able to increase the value of a vehicle from $1500 to $9000 and more at times. As for being leery of the 5 star reviews I understand what you are saying. I do my best to be straight-up when explaining the process in placing a value on a total loss to the vehicle owner, so there will not be over expectations by the vehicle owner. There have been times after doing a vehicle market search for a potential customer I would not be able to increase the value where it would be cost effective person to hire me; whereas, there are the out-of-state internet appraisers who would take the claimant’s money, knowing they would not get the customer much more money that offered. Danny was awesome! I hired Him to assist me with a Diminished Value claim for accident that I was involved in. Danny guided me through the entire process and advised me when to put a bug in their ear when the time limits for their response was approaching. He provide names of Managers at the NC Insurance claims division. Once the insurance company got serious and hired their own independent adjuster…which are required to do, then Danny took over the negotiations with their adjuster. At that point, I had nothing to do! Danny, negotiated my claim based on the retail value, not the trade in value the Insurance company wanted to use. I quickly received my settlement that I was very happy with! I 100 per cent recommend Danny to handle your claim! Thanks, ****Collision Service Investigators

*******, first let me say thank you for allowing me to be your appraiser. When I hear certain auto insurance companies names, I know whether the claim is going to drag on or move along as it should. The popular CCC total loss vehicle valuation your insurance company used was way undervalued, but that is a common known to me. When I appraise total loss vehicles, the recovery is usually around $3,500 to $5000 more than the value CCC value, yet on your vehicle, getting $9,413.90 more is one of the highest recoveries yet.
