Danny did thorough research, walked me through the process and made sure that he would be able to get me a fair settlement before we even talked compensation to his firm. My insurance company was low-balling me, and Danny ended up getting what I had originally thought was fair compensation in the current market. I would absolutely recommend him highly!

If you have suffered at a total loss and then have had your insurance company low ball their claim amount then call Danny W****. He will fight for you and get you the money you deserve. He doubled the amount I received for my truck which means the absolute world to me because there would have been no way I would have been able to replace it if he hadn't. Danny is very professional and will guide you through the process as your advocate. As for your total loss claim, yes the CCC One valuation numbers your insurance company used was extremely low, luckily I found good comps to get a WOW as your text response when I let you know of the final settlement numbers. Danny, as a NC local, was very helpful after my 3 month old Highlander got side swiped while I was at the beach. He is familiar with all of the laws and players involved. He got us double what the insurance company originally offered us. I was looking for someone to support my claim on diminished value for a new EV which was rear ended with only 6,000 miles on it. The attorney's I reached out to for initial discussion, had little to no experience in DV claims and said you usually don't get much from the insurance company. I found Danny as I was searching the internet and he was fantastic - answered all my questions as my car was being fixed and ensured I had the necessary pictures and documentation from the repair shop. Once the car was repaired he pulled together a professional appraisal report which I was able to send directly to my insurance company. His knowledge of the industry and the process is second to none. The insurance company hired their own independent appraiser and Danny helped me manage the negotiation. I was very happy with the final amount the insurance company settled on and I'm sure I would have spent more and had a harder time if I used someone else. If you have a Diminished Value claim or need an expert appraiser for your vehicle - I highly recommend Danny and CSI. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.Collision Service Investigators

As for your diminished value claim, the majority of attorneys do not want to mess with vehicle property damage claims unless there are personal injuries. After searching online for someone to help navigate the diminished value appraisal issue and reading customer reviews of CSI, I decided to contact Danny and after speaking with him decided to use his services. His experience and advice were reassuring and his expectations of how the process would likely play out were on the money. ****, first I like to thank you for allowing me to be your appraiser. As you did see, the internet is filled with ads regarding diminished value appraisals. To me, those are scam artist ads and the so-called appraiser is to SELL an appraisal. This is where I am different from the DV Scam Appraisers. I DO NOT SELL appraisals. I PROVIDE an appraisal service only to North Carolina claimants because North Carolina has a well written law regarding diminished value, where other states do not. Knowing the law, I am able to inform all potential customers of the process that must be taken by the claimant when making a diminished value claim here in North Carolina. 5 starsIf i could give 10 stars, i absolutely would! A friend recommended Danny to us and from the moment I spoke with him, i felt confident in our decision to hire him. He was always an email away and answered any and all questions I had. I was extremely nervous through this process but he kept me grounded and walked me through every step that needed to be taken. He said he could get me X amount of dollars more and he did and even got me a tad bit more than expected. I hope i never have to go through this again but if i do, i know who i am calling! I would highly recommend Danny to anyone fighting for the market value of their vehicles. Insurance companies try to offer you the lowest they possibly can to save money but having someone like Danny on our side with all of his knowledge and confidence to fight for us was the best decision we could have made.
