I've bought several uppers from BCA over the recent years and have always been satisfied. Recently I bought a 300 BO upper for my grandson. No problems with this. Shortly after that I bought a 300 BO rifle for my son. The time alloted for delivery is more than adequate if the business is being well managed. Several days past the period for delivery, I gave up waiting. Something about this order makes me nervous. Do they regularly over sell their inventory.
Hopefully they will return my money but I think that's going to require more time to waste on this place.

I placed an order with Bear creek on 11/20/2022. I read that there policy is 1-14 business days for processing. I did factor in Thanksgiving and feel that I have given this company plenty of time to process my order. I have attempted calling the company multiple times on multiple different days with no answer. I have also emailed the company and received a generic automated email response that didn't answer my questions. I want to cancel my order at this point and have my money refunded.Business Response

I purchased an upper from BCA November 28 2022 order number **********. When the upper was delivered on December 3rd, I found it had a long deep scratch along the handgaurd and two red spots with touch up paint. I emailed them about this asking for a new hand guard and they never got back to me. December 5th I found out upon further inspection that the extractor is the wrong type or machined improperly, and the firing pin is broken. I sent them another email. Still no reply. I’ve called them 10+ times, left 3 or 4 messages, no reply. I started a return on their website on the 7th and it was delivered to them on the 8th. I’ve still received no communication from them. It’s very concerning that I can’t get in touch with them and they won’t get back to me. I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service and I don’t even know if I’ll ever get my order or money back.Business Response

02/12/2022 Order # ********** I purchased an enhanced BCG for a 7.62x39 build. I never completed the build until a couple of weeks ago. Upon going to the range after 6 rounds the extractor sheered off the BCG. I have made several calls to BCA over the last couple of weeks with no return call. All I want to know is if the warranty their BCG's and what's the process to get it replaced. This 7.62x39 build is no different than any other I have done over the years but this was my first purchase of enhanced BCG from BCA. I wish someone would get back in touch with me for a replacement. I have bought other enhanced BCG's from other companies and have never had a problem with their product. I as well of the others that have filed complaints with the BBB all say the same thing, no communication from customer service, dose one even exist or do they only take action when a complaint is filed. Transaction date 11/23/22 order number #********** placed order in the 23rd have not received anything but order confirmation can’t speak with anyone from customer service or sales because the phone hasn’t been picked up in the 20+ call attempts made. Purchased a rifle from Bear Creek. When I received the rifle, it wasn't in proper working order. I was able to get in touch with someone from Bear Creek and they sent me a shipping label to have it sent in to be fixed. That was well over a month now and I am unable to get anyone to respond to emails or even answer the phone. Nobody answers the phones there. I purchased an AR15 from this ***** * after hearing some good things, I regret this now. I have left several voicemails, not only for the customer service department but for every option you can select on the phone call. No one has ever answered and called back. Simply seeking an update on my ordered item but at this point I would take a refund if given the opportunity to to give it to company who deserves the business. This place truly does not deserve a good rating from the BBB. Picking up the phone is probably the easiest thing you can do. I am rejecting this response because: they still have not sent me an email, have not sent my product to the dealer, and have not returned or answered a single phone call since I ordered their product. They responded to the BBB complaint and even put their customer service number on their response but they still don’t answer their phone and have not shipped my item. They sent me an email titled “Delivery confirmation” and it was just a Christmas ad for their company. There has been zero customer service correspondence despite 10-15 attempts to get a hold of them.

Very strange that they refuse to communicate with me (the customer) in any way and will only respond to complaints on here (BBB), but ultimately I got my product, even though it was 5 weeks late.

I received the complete AR15 upper receiver, but the description failed to disclose that they use some unknown locking compound or permanent affixing method. The item description said there were 1/2 x 28 threads so that implies that the muzzle device is removable. If it made no mention of that, then it would make sense that it would be permanent or there are no threads. I cannot reach customer service by email ******* or phone. I have left five messages over the last month and nobody has gotten back. I have sent 4 Customer Service emails nobody has followed up.
