    Bear Creek first came on my radar when I caught an advertisement for a free AR barrel for veterans on Veterans Day. I got 2 over the next 2 years. Didn't make any more purchases for several years. **** forward to 2 years ago. I threw together a bunch of "$h1t parts" from past builds, temu/wish(handguards only, I'm not stupid), the parts bin, etc. I used that 7.62 barrel I got from Bear Creek. I took my new "$h1t gun" to an even I was attending. On iron, well MBUS, sights at 130 yards, having never been sighted or anything. I put 17/20 on a 6 inch round steel. Now that was skill, luck, and happenstance for sure, but absolutely it takes a good barrel to be consistent. My $150 gun is now my favorite. *** is my first stop every single time ******** the side charging! Really looking forward to the first bolt action. That will be coming soon for me!

    Placed an order for the wrong item. Immediately asked to have that changed or cancel the order. Bear Creek absolutely refuses to modify or cancel any orders. After they denied to help or change anything, I told them that I would place a stop on the payment. I was then told that if I did stop the payment, Bear Creek would hold my payment for 30 days, refuse any assistance and blacklist my account. An hour later they printed a shipping label. The threat is recorded in email directly from ****** ******. Threatening to hold my payment for ************************ is very easy to turn into a lawsuit. Do not do business with these people.

    As stated in our terms and conditions on our website, orders begin processing as soon as they are placed and cannot be modified, altered or cancelled. Once you place a dispute with your bank or credit card company, the claim can take up to 30 days to process and we would be unable to issue a refund until dispute is settled.

    No where in your terms and conditions do you speak about blacklisting a customer and refusing assistance like your customer service agent said. Seems like retaliation and refusal from a business that doesn't care about their customers. Thanks for the copy and paste reply that clearly proves my previous statement. This is the better business bureau and you clearly treat it like the don't need your business bureau.

    I originally purchased 2 AR-15 rifles. One I've had no issues with but the other one has been a problem from the get go. I've tried everything that Bear Creak told me to do to make it work but it constantly jammed. We sent the upper back which they replaced and it was just as bad as the original upper they sent us. They agreed to replace the whole gun and said they would ship us a new gun. 3 weeks after they received the gun we still haven't received a new gun and on the 2nd call to them this week (as they never returned my call) I got through to a customer service person who started looking into it and saw that it was never shipped out to me. When she called me back she said that they hadn't shipped it out because ******'s was no longer an FFL store and that I would need to choose another FFL. I called ******'s and they said they were still an FFL store. I asked why they would not have contacted me about ******'s no longer being an FFL store and she said that they had...total lie. I'm now waiting on Bear Creek to call me back to talk with them about THIS and if they will not ship to ******'s then I'll need to choose somewhere else to have it sent to, The WORST customer service I've ever experienced.

    I bought a brand new 6.5 Creedmoor ar 10 from them and the gun won't shout a group smaller than 6-8" with shooting the occasional flier out to 10 inches. After attempting to call customer service for r days and never getting through to a person, I've given up. E-mails go ignored **** is simply ridiculous. I will never recommend this manufacturer to anyone. I've been trying yo reach them for over a week now and have been completely ignored.

    My son bought a gun on January 25 ****, His gun will not come out of battery. I have called 4 separate times to get this resolved with no avail. Im very disappointed with the customer service from this company. Also the website I went to said it was too late to send the firearm back, but it was only 2 weeks since he bought it. The warranty says 30 day money back guarantee. This is a potentially dangerous situation, and it seems no one from the company cares. Bear Creek Arsenal has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

    Ordered a gun after I was emailed and said they are back in stock!!!!! Been almost 2 weeks and still has not been sent out. No one will answer the phone. I didnt get an answer one day said they was shipping next day and still have yet to receive any information or get ahold of anyone to ask about it!!!!!! If you do leave a message they wont return ur call either way

    I unfortunately purchased a Bear Creek 350 legend AR upper in Sept 2021. I purchased it directly from *** and not from a third party, what I thought was a good deal at the time. I had no idea the months of frustration and hours of wasted range time I had just subjected myself to. The *** 350 Legend AR Upper was a total POS right out of the box. I Continued to experience 1-2 jams on every 5rd mag I tried to run through it. Thinking it was finicky, I bought several other mags from various reputable manufacturers, whose mags I had run in other firearms flawlessly. All mags gave the same results, jam after jam both failed feeds AND failed ejections. In addition to the various mags, I tried running different ammo through each mag, varied brands and weights, low end, high end, etc. All attempts gave the same results. I contact ***. When the ********************* blew me off AND Bear Crk IGNORED my return requests (so much for their famed lifetime warranty), I had my gun shop look at the upper. The gun shop was unable to improve the performance without wasting money on a complete t*** rebuild. After I grew tired of the process and of ***s lack of response, I sold the *** POS at a major loss (less than 40cents on the dollar) just to get rid of it. Trust me I would never buy ANYTHING BEAR CREEK ever again!Going forward, lets all hope *** goes belly up forcing it to quit littering the internet with their sub-par garbage.BUYER BEWARE! Go buy a reputable AR or build one yourself. Steer clear of Bear Creek Arsenal.

    Purchased a complete upper that misfires. Sent back for repair. Received the upper after they claimed to repair it. The upper still misfires after they claim it has been repaired. I have made several attempts to contact a claims representative for another attempt to repair. They continue to refer me to the online return policy form which will not allow me to create a return label. I have sent several requests through Email for a representative to contact me by phone .At this point I would prefer to return the parts for a full refund.

    Santa brought me an ar9 upperThe package was incomplete. I have been unable to get anyone on the phone or email to voice my concerns. I cannot use the product as shipped. Ive been leaving messages for three weeks.
