    If I could give them 0 stars I would. It has been over 40 days and I have not received my product. I cannot get ahold of anyone and cannot get any response, yet I have paid for this product. I do not recommend using this company. You will not be pleased with their customer service.

    Worst customer service ever! Never answer the phone, no return calls after leaving voicemails or replies to emails! Terrible all around! I had over $1,300 of product stolen after delivery at my mail box by ****** no refund, only store credit, cant even contact them to use the credit!

    To start, their customer service is awful. They wont ever answer the phones, call back, or even email back. My gun was sent there by ******** and it has been delivered. I had to go in to their location to speak with someone. Its been sitting at their warehouse for days now when they assured me they would take it to ***************** so I can pick it up. This company is very unprofessional and does nothing to try to resolve issues. Very disappointed. If I could leave no stars I would.

    Had bought a **** Inch upper chambered in .50 Beowulf from BCA. Was excited to put it together with my PSA lower which BCA states their upper goes with any Milspec built lower only to find out the pins dont line up. Asked for a return and they sent me a shipping label fairly quickly but I had another question asking if I could get it changed out for a 16 upper and it has been over 6 days since i sent that email and im still waiting. I have never been so disgusted by customer service with a company that sells FIREARMS. I mean what the f*** is this almost every **** gun company in ******* doesnt pick up the phone???

    In May I placed an order for a BC-15 UPPER and received the wrong item and I got an RMA and sent it back. I was able to call and speak to someone back in August and was told that someone would call me back. Now it's November and I STLL have NOT heard from anyone. I've called and left messages and even emailed them.

    This is my fourth AR upper for bear creek each, and everyone has had issues too, which I returned them and received them back in better working order. This time around I sent an AR 10 upper back they returned it to me with the same issues even worse Ive been trying to contact customer service for two weeks, Ive left several phone messages and at least four separate emails with pictures containing whats going on. No ones gotten back to me. I would steer clear of this company. There are plenty of others out there that are reliable.

    Impossible to get in touch with regarding any matter and my order has been processing for a month now and I can not reach anyone to find out what the problem is also have no shipping ETA at all will be my last time dealing with this company

    On october 14 I received my 16 inch side charging 76 2 x 39 upper which was complete with a BCG and only about 100 to 200 shots later did the extractor break and so I went ahead and contacted Bear Creek Arsenal who told me to go ahead and ship the item back. I went ahead and sent it back which already took a week then after Bear Creek Arsenal received it they went ahead and waited 14 days until they created ***** label to which it has been three days now since the 14 days and yet the status hasnt even changed only saying that is waiting to be received the Bear Creek Arsenal website, it says that the whole process has been completed, even though I never received my replacement part, something needs to be done about this Reaching out to them does absolutely nothing because they never answer

    Hello my name is *****************************. Ive been trying my best to contact Bear Creek Arsenal in regards to my receiving address needing to be changed from the *** address to my personal address due to the fact the upper doesnt require an *** to be received. The system somehow entered the *** from a previous order I placed making my receiving address that if the *** instead of my personal but I have not had any of my calls or emails return thus far My order number ending in *****. Please take some action and get some real customer service department because this is getting out of hand yall send out all of these automated promotional text but wont pick up the phone for the customers who give yall business to be in this industry Smdh Do better
