No issues! I live in a state and county, that are anti 2nd amendment. No problems, just follow directions! Sad people complain about their own mistakes! Please read and then reread! Bear creek is a really good company, and I always look to buy more from them. NO, I do not work or get anything for this review. I own the BCA15 in 223 wylde and no problems at all with this firearm. Keep up the great quality!

I own several BCA products, all of which are quality items. I've never had any issues with their customer service and their assembled uppers have always been reliable. Garbage products, worse customer service. I've had 6 different 6.5 ********* uppers, all would blow primers and not cycle. Bear creek only offers a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase, but then takes longer then 30 days to deliver products.Bear Creek Arsenal, LLC

I ordered a 458 SOCOM upper. I received my order in 3 days. The packaging was excellent. The fit and finish of the upper was perfect. I took it to the range yesterday and it functioned flawlessly. Sighted in at 100 yards with hand loaded ammo. 3 shot group under 1 inch. Will recommend your fine company to friends.Bear Creek Arsenal, LLC

1 starI reviewed earlier and left 5 stars. I've now owned their products long enough to see the pitfalls, the upper returned was not my own ignorance as they stated, it literally had the wrong bolt, which means if that could happen, they could give you the wrong caliber barrel and chamber it for the right bullet you ordered. the possibilities are endless for how wrong that could go. .243 chamber is gouging my brass terribly and I reload, head spacing is wrong on another upper, left weirdly contorted brass. I ordered a 308 magazine, got a 22 mag magazine, not even close. You do get what you pay for, these are not a stellar deal, they're just junk at a junk price, you should absolutely expect what you get for that little of money. 1 starThe company customer service dept. has no idea what the term means.
I bought an upper from them, which went on sale two days later. Afterwards, I called to match the price.
They stated “Once order has been placed NOTHING can be edited, cancel or modify"
Went from 319.99 to 271.99. with an additional 10% for signing up for a new email. *********.
All said and done order placed and they would not issue credit per BCA policy. They said just cancel the first order and reorder. Otherwise, they can only issue a possible $16 credit for the next purchase.
I opted to just keep my new order and return the first order as advised.. They would NOT cancel the first order and said they will send RMA. I advised that you can save the company at least $45 if you just issue a credit and ship out a new order.
They simply stated policy, which they reminded me of at least 20 times. So, Per their policy NO editing, changing or canceling of order once placed..
They Canceled my second order for $271.99 - 10% ********* discount that saved me $75.00?
Again ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED CAN NOT BE EDITED, CANCEL OR MODIFIED
STRANGE that when it comes to canceling in their favor suddenly the policy is flexible. LOL

As mentioned once an order is placed we are unable to edit, cancel, or modify the order.
However as I also relayed I would attempt to have this caught as it was fairly recent and canceled.
I was able to catch this as a one time courtesy and created the refund paperwork to assist.
Unfortunately it does not seem the appropriate parties has reviewed your concerns at the moment but they are more than glad to offer assistance with the first purchase made as we do offer the 7 day price match.

Bear Creek Arsenal was awesome in getting my order right, shipped fast and downright ran like a good business should be, all these bad reviews are from crybabies who break there stuff outside of the warranty then lie and try to get there money back. 4 starsI would leave 5 stars and probably will do that in future! Only purchased a few products from BCA and plan to purchase much more-considering CS has answered "before" and "after" questions. So far, I haven't had ANY issues with BCA merchandise and performs as should!
