Ordered an in stock item...
Was still processing over a week...
Emailed customer service because their phone service is a joke...
Guy emailed back saying it can't ship because there's missing parts... And I ordered a back ordered piece.... No it was in stock I asked can I just get something similar in stock item and have it ship... He said no all stock items still need parts to ship ????.... When you stock an item it should be ready to ship ??????
I've ordered so many items from them.... I will no longer order or recommend them to others... And I'm huge into the AR community!Bear Creek Arsenal, LLC

Send wrong and incomplete parts. Do not answer phone calls. Extremely slow to reply to emails.

Ordered a complete rifle and a magazine on November23and cannot get a response from their customer service department which in my opinion is non existent. I have made at least a dozen calls and 90%of the time voicemail which they don't respond to. One Star

Ordered an upper and received it Sunday DEC 4th 2022. I inpected and found the unit put together wrong and not functionable. This is the 5th upper I have purchased , never had a problem. I filled out the customer request form on the web site Sunday night. Did not hear from anyone so I called at 2pm Monday the 5th. Left a voice mail. Wednesday the 7th I called again and left a voice mail. Thursday the 8th I receive an email survey from BCA. Well I called like I see it was not friendly to them at all. The following Monday on the 12th , I called again , it went to voice mail and I left a rather pissed off voice mail to get this resolved. This morning at 8:30 am CST I called again. And again call went to voice mail. I'm in the customer service business. I have 65 employees and if I had one at least not acknowledging a customer then I would fire them. Poor service , very poor. 1 starI accidentally ordered the wrong product. I immediately realized this within minutes of completing the order. I have emailed customer service multiple times and called every option available on their phone directly system. This has been going on for 7 days and I have yet to speak to a single human or receive any type of response to my multiple emails. If this is a representation of how they run their business I would strongly suggest using anyone but them. Their sales and customer service department is an absolute failure. I can only imagine the sub quality products that they sell. Paying twice as much for the same item from a different seller would still be a much better deal. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from them. I wish I could give zero starsReview fromTimour E

They have NO Customer Service!!!!! They have lied many times to me about processing an RMA to return a gun from Range USA (they charge $75. to receive it at their business) on 11/9/22 so that it can be shipped to ******** ******** (only charge $25. to receive at their business). Different employees, when I can speak to a person, tell me it will be processed, but no one has processed it since 11/9/22. I have been calling since 11/9/22 and still not done. I asked for a manager or owner to call me at this point today. This is a Christmas gift and need ASAP.Bear Creek Arsenal, LLC

Product does not seem to be quality. Upper receiver has a tendency to jam and not cycle well. I already went through the process of returning and getting a new upper, but the same problem still exists. Also, there is evident scaring from BCG rubbing the inside of the retainer. Customer service seems to be lacking. Have a hard time getting a hold of a representative to figure out the issue. I am not confident with the product or purchase.Bear Creek Arsenal, LLC
