      I have been unable to access my Krispy Kreme account for 2 months. I log in via ******** and have been getting an error message Resolution: 7000 I have contacted Krispy Kreme customer service per the app directions 5 times over the past 2 months and have not had my issue resolved. Each time, the support person over the phone says they will escalate it to their manager to unlock my account and I should receive a fix or response in under a week, however after ending the call, I never receive a response and my account still remains locked. I have had my birthday reward expire during this time as well. It is just upsetting to hear that my issue will be taken care of (5 times by the way) but it never does get taken care of. I am unsure of my account number as I did not know this is something that should be written down, I figured that knowing my email associated with the account would suffice, what an archaic system.

      I ordered donuts on May 2 and was excited to try the new cookies and Kreme filled donuts. I received donuts that had no filling. I thought it was just a mistake that day so I returned on May 4 and purchased another one and had the exact same issue, no filling. I submitted a complaint and never heard back from the store.

      I placed an online order on 4.15.25. Picked up order in store. I was not given the correct order. It was a promo of buy 1 doz get another doz for the tax amount only. The manager corrected the issue by refunding the amount back to my org payment method. ****** Upon checking my bank acct, as of *******, still no money refunded. I contact KK customer service *************) a second attempt to retrieve my $. Was told to be expecting it within days. 3rd attempt to reach KK on 4.30.25 and was once again told I would be receiving my money. I have contacted my bank and there still has been no showing or income showing a refund from KK. I called again this morning, 5.1.25 and the supervisor was rude telling me that I now have to wait for that store to call me and work it out with them. I've been patient and waited LONG ENOUGH for a refund in the amount of $10.99 to be credited back to me. I need help in resolving this ongoing issue!

      I was promised by your store i would get a full refund by the manager due to countless issues, i see part of a refund but not the full, i tried to call several times every day not ONE person answers the phone, i still need back $18.26!!! such a terrible experience, never again.

      I am having issues logging into my rewards account and have been having this issue for about a year now. I have tried to email as well as call customer service multiple times in an attempt to get it fixed however all they do is submit a case and it never gets fixed. It keeps telling me my account is locked out or "Please login with your original login method Resolution 7001" and it won't let me click on the Forgot Password link and change it, it just keeps taking me back to the errors mentioned above. Please help me get logged back into my account. The rewards number is either ********** or **********, not sure which phone number I used since I can't login to the account.

      Just hoping for some help with this, as I usually have good experiences with Krispy Kreme.I made a large purchase yesterday (4/1) directly through their main websitenot through ******** or any other delivery service. DoorDash was still supposed to fulfill the order, but for some reason, the driver never showed up. All of my delivery information was correct, so it was due to any error on my end. I think it was over two hours after I placed the order before I contacted Krispy Kreme for help. I havent gotten any response from their customer service after filing the form, but the ******* account told me I needed to contact ************ though this was through their website.I contacted ******** just to be sure, and they confirmed they couldnt help me with ******* Ive been really confused about this all, and Im just hoping for a refund at this point. It was a pretty large order and it has me a little anxious that Im not sure what happened to it and I cant seem to get any help.

      3/26/25 Store located on **************** in *******, ** purchased 2 dozen dozen glaze donuts and picked up at drive thru Donuts were cold and felt refrigerated. returned to drive thru and asked for fresh donuts. employee stated thats all they had because there was work going on with equipment. i have never had ********* this bad. will appreciate you correcting this for me>

      I made a Krispy Kreme order through the Krispy Kreme website on **************. It was for a birthday. I ordered 6 custom assorted doughnuts. One of the doughnuts was supposed to be the Choco-Shenanigans and this was a $0.40 extra fee added on. I did not receive this doughnut, or a comparable doughnut based on the fee I paid. Also, the overall appearance of the doughnuts was not satisfactory, with one two of the doughnuts did not have a clean and full layer of chocolate on them and the green glazed doughnut looks like they had probably dropped on it on the two messed up chocolate doughnuts and placed it in the box anyway. I am disappointed as I ordered another box from a different store and in another state and I had zero problems. I would like a full refund.

      Hello I am locked out of my account because I signed up for Krispy Kreme rewards with ******** and when I try to sign in using ********, it says the app is not active. And its been like this for about 1 month. Cant access anything. No response from the krispy team or anything. I probably wont get a response to this as well. Help me unlock my account?

      Krispy Kreme Support emailed me an in-store coupon to use for an in-store order at the Krispy Kreme location in the *********************. I visited the store back in January to use the coupon you emailed me (for a Free Assorted Dozen) - but during each of my 3 separate visits at this location, I was told by the Krispy Kreme employee that they only accept online promotions that are loaded in my rewards account, and would have to come back at a different day when the manager was present in the store. On my last visit at the end of January, I came back to the store for a third time and presented the voucher to the manager who was present at the store this time. He confirmed that my voucher was valid and asked me and my son to pick out our donuts. When he scanned the voucher at checkout, he then told me that their scanner does not accept voucher barcodes, even after he initially confirmed it was accepted, and asked me to pick out the donuts. I told him that this was my third visit and the only reason why I came to the store was to use this voucher. He then raised his voice and insisted that I pay for the donuts that he had placed in the box behind the counter since he could not put them back in the display case, even though he had not given me the box yet. My son started crying and I had to pay $50 for donuts that Krispy Kreme deceptively coerced me into paying after sending me a fraudulent voucher for a mistake they made. I have had to drive out to the store 3 separate times only to be told that they do not accept the coupon that you emailed me, and then yelled at in front my son and forced to pay for donuts after the voucher was denied. I have attached my receipt that I paid in cash with, as well as the voucher with the reference number. This is unacceptable, and I am escalating this for you to make this right and issue a refund on my order.
