I usually only give 5 star reviews. I visite Krispy Kreme on 6/7/2025. We were not greeted, the counter person was rude, we did not get the donuts we ordered, and we were charged for upcharge donuts that we did not receive. We discovered this after we had driven 30 miles. I tried to call the store, and received no answer. I called ************ number a total of 7 x starting on 6/7/25. I did speak to **** a manager in the customer service department who spoke over me, interrupted me, was condescending and did not give me answers on when this issue would be resolved. I asked that if this issue was not going to be addressed, I could accept this, and I wanted a truthful answer. No one could give me an answer . The canned speech that I receive is: "I will forward your concern onto management." No one can tell me when or if any action will be taken. Krispy Kreme treats customers horribly and they do not respond to customers seeking reasonable accomodations for poor service /or receiving the wrong product. I have never been treated so poorly by a business. I did receive a coupon for 12 glazed donuts, but that was not the problem. And the misleading treatment I have received is not acceptable.Customer Answer

This occurred after 7 phone calls and 19 days waiting for a response. I do not think this is good customer service and they did finally respond to my inquiries.

On 6/15/2025 I purchased 2 items from Krispy Kreme in **********, 2 separate transactions. I purhcased a $20 gift card. I attempted to pay in cash and the business refused my 100 bill. They state policy is no bill over a 50. There is no signage with this policy nor was management helpful in offering an exception. They did not attempt to use a money pen to check the bill. Management was dismissive, but took my contact information and said that the owner would contact me. They did not contact me as of 4 days later. There is no resolution and it is not acceptable to take valid american currency that I work hard for.Business Response

Sunday 6/22/2025 at just after 9 am I went to the Krispy kream on ****** blvd Warner Robins ga. Rude cashier charged me twice on my debit card, when I saw it on my bank later I called and was promised it would drop off. It did not. I shouldnt have to chase my own money. I have been charged over 60 dollars for 2 dozen donuts. I am not going to let this go. I want a refund.Business Response

I have been unable to access my Krispy Kreme account since 10/2024. I log in via ********************* and have been getting an error message telling me my account does not exist. But it does and krispy kreme agents are able to pull my info. up and see my account. I have contacted Krispy Kreme customer service MULTIPLE TIMES and have not had my issue resolved. Each time, the support person over the phone says they will escalate it to their manager to unlock my account and I should receive a fix or response in under a week, however after ending the call, I never receive and response and my account still remains locked or says it does not exist. I have almost ****** points i can't use and have made many trips to krispy kreme now and had to pay cash for it, and recently I had my birthday reward expire during this period. The only email I have recieved aside from promotional emails was this week and its an email stating my account rewards points will expire in less than a week. I have a very significant amount of rewards on my account totalling almost ****** points! I havn't been able to use them for 8 months now while I have been waiting endlessly for an email I probably won't ever recieve. It is upsetting to hear that my issue will be taken care of but it never happens. The last supervisor I spoke to told me they will get this taken care of not to worry i would recieve an email to reset my password but I never received the link. It is so extremely disappointing to still be experiencing this issue after over 8 months now with ZERO communication on their part though I have called and spoken with a representative a minimum of 20+ times now with no response. I just keep repeatedly being told I will recieve an email within a week.....8 months later I'm still waiting....Business Response

Ive been trying to regain access to my Krispy Kreme account since November 2024 and continue to be locked out with error code 7000. My account is linked through ********, and despite following all the recommended stepsfilling out forms, calling customer service, and attempting to escalate the issue multiple timesI still have no access.Each time I contact support, Im asked to repeat a long list of information, almost like Im redoing the same form I already submitted online (and never received a response to). Sometimes Im sent a generic email saying the issue will be escalated, but it comes from a no-reply address and I never hear back. Other times, nothing happens at all and I have to start the process over by calling again.Because of this ongoing issue, I havent been able to use my rewards points, redeem my birthday reward, or access the dozen donuts added to my account. Its now been over six months, and the lack of resolution or communication is *************** this point, I am requesting that my account access be fully reset so I can log in again. If necessary, I am open to having the ******** login unlinked and replaced with a standard email login to ensure I can securely manage my account moving forward. I also request that all of my rewards pointsincluding expired birthday rewards and the dozen donutsbe transferred to the newly reset account as a courtesy for the extended, ongoing inconvenience.Business Response

Krispy Kreme sent the attached marketing email offering a specialty dozen and glazed dozen fathers day special for *****. Indeed when you follow the link it takes you to their menu and had the product. However, when you add it to your cart, it shows $*****, but the cart then updates to $32.98. Glad I caught it before i checked out. I tried two different browser and the same thing happened. This is a bait and switch. Tried to email company directly but the email was returned to sender. Due to constant unknown errors I can't log into my Krispy Kreme Rewards account. I've tried contacting the business but they have proven to be very unresponsive and the issue still persists today. I am in need of a receipt for purchase. I called the store and received no answer. I called a customer service line at **************. A lady answered the phone and stated she had found the receipt. Then, she start asking me demographic questions that did not seem relevant. I asked her to please email me the receipt and she later said that she "no longer had access to it" but it had to go to another party. I am in a two-party consent state and additionally I did not consent to any type of recording. I submitted a complaint via the website along with pictures and receipt and never heard back. I went to the Krispy Kreme on 23rd st in *********** fl and received donuts with black dots all over them. When we turnt around to go back to see what was on the donuts staff initially ignored us then when one came over to see why we were back she was very rude. Its hard to see them on the photos, but they were covered in them and very visible in person. We eat at Krispy Kreme all the time, and being on vacation we still wanted to keep this routine and drive 20 minutes out the way to get some. We left but I refused to eat the donuts. I expect a refund, however we didnt receive one in store nor have I heard back from my submitted complaint.Business Response
