      i bought dozen of donuts at ******* they were not bake they just put cholocate over the raw un bake donuts my son bite it got sick i been calling i have my receipts and there not responding to me they dont care i want my refund back asap i have proof i call 10 times all they say will get back to you this is there number ill never buy there donuts again

      This was my first time buying doughnuts in the store. I stopped in the store in ******** **** at the *********** location and these doughnuts were terrible. The doughnut holes were very hard and the regular ones were not fresh either. Very disappointed and will stay a *** Hortons customer

      I tried to get my son donuts on December 17th 2024 ordered online went and picked up the donuts didn't look in the box cuz I didn't think I had to. When I got home I gave them to my wife and kids they were disgusted they were brick hard falling apart and stale none of the designs look like they were supposed to. We also ordered a box of mini assorted flavors and only got many glazed and they were all upside down in the box. I've been trying since the 17th to get a hold of a manager or someone in charge and get my money back and have yet to be able to do so and today is the 24th of December 2024

      Went on a Sunday afternoon and they said the "Latte machine was down, so they couldn't make any coffee drinks." Wasted money on 1/2 dozen STALE donuts. I won't go back. Go to Dunkin instead.

      Hello! I just got an assorted dozen and the doughnuts were tasting awful. We had to throw them away because they taste spoiled and old. One of the new raspberry came deformed as well. I dont know if its a problem with that specific shop, because we havent had problems in the past. Id like to request a refund please. Purchase made in 07/18/24 5:19pm, store *****, order total $21.83.Thank you!

      I visited your restaurant on 4th of July to pick up a couple of dozen donuts.I ordered the star spangled ones to my Surprise when I pulled up to the window WOW 45 dollars I couldn't believe my ears..I did pay for them but I will never go to your establishment again..Shame on your business...Shame on all of you.....

      Kripy Kreme in ********* Fl 1730 E 9 mile rd ***** , visited the store on Sunday June 30,2024 I pulled up at the drive-thru about 9:26 PM on Sunday and no one answered and there was a guy loading a truck. I asked him what time did they close? He says no theyre open. Just pull up to the window. Once I got to the window, no one came to the to the window. There was a there was a girl that made eye contact with me, but no one never came to the window. Once the girl comes to the window. She never acknowledges me. She continue to talk to the other The other girl and never never said anything I was looking directly at her. I actually took a picture of her stop never looking at me at one time when I did say something I asked her are they closed at this time was 9:35 she says yes and I pulled off the hours on the window says that they close at 10 PM

      Went to the ************ location on May 5th 2024 and they made fun of my disabled son at the location on ******************** and then the manager had the audacity to call me an old lady we went in for the promotion that they had the free dozen donuts when you download the app

      Just picked as half-dozen doughnuts and two white milks from the Krispy Kreme drive thru in ********** **. The milks were not expired by their expiration date but one of the milks was very obviously rancid when smelling it before I took a sip. I thought, well it isnt expired, It must have been part of a case that was left out of the cooler (or in the sun) for too long. I went back to just get my money back for the milk. I handed the milk to the drive thru attendant (who was very helpful) after explaining the situation. Then, *****, the manager comes over to investigate the situation. Her thorough detective work of taking a sip of the milk left her with the conclusion that the milk wasnt bad. Ladies and gentlemen, that milk smelled like a wet tarp that had been sitting in water for about 6 months. It smelled more like mushroom than milk. She quickly dumped it out most likely because she knew that a cooler full of rancid milk that are being handed out to paying customers is not a good look for a manger.The other milk did not smell like that. Long story short, she wouldnt give us a refund, instead gave us another milk. I told I just wanted a refund, not another potentially rancid milk. She knew that milk was bad and was trying to get rid of it before the expiration date so she didnt have to annotate it as a loss. She definitely didnt want to give a refund, because then she may have to explain to someone at a higher echelon, why she gave out certain refunds. Again, if wouldnt be a good look from upper management for *****, the manager at Krispy Kreme on ************** in ********** **, to be handing out rancid milk to paying customers. So I see why she may want to keep it quiet, but its not right. I think the way she handled it by quickly dumping out the milk and then turning around and saying the milk was fine sounded a bit dishonest and she wasnt very good at hiding it with her facial expressions. $2.50 milk isnt worth diminishing your brand image.

      I added $20 to my Krispy Kreme account via their app on 01/08/2024. I tried making a purchase about 2 weeks later on 02/24/2024 and noticed my $20 was no longer showing up in my account on the app. I contacted Krispy Kreme via their online contact form and was emailed a reference number. I never received any follow up so I called on 02/28 and 03/11. Both times I called the representatives were friendly and assured me I would receive follow up via email but I never did. Today I disputed the charges with my bank since I was not able to use my money for this company or receive any communication back on why the funds were taken from my account.
