      I submitted a rebate (submission ***************) with all required material and received a response back indicating my submission was invalid because the product was not identified on the receipt. I provided all necessary information as stated on the rebate offer. It looks others have had the same issue and this is a scam this company pulls so they don't have to pay our rebates. This definitely needs to be reported which is why I'm writing the BBB.

      I have purchased a case of the required beer for their rebate off er 2 different times, and both times have been denied the rebate as their excuse of being invalid. I downloaded al the required information needed. I even sent the original receipt and the *** off the box( like the good old days). The only issue I can see is the receipt just says beer and doesn't spell out the name brand, which is no fault on my part. Awful scamming on their part, I do rebates ALL the time and have no issues with ANYONE else!

      ******* advertised an offer to get a five dollar rebate if you purchase 2 cans of rock star and gasoline on the same receipt. I followed the sms prompts and uploaded the receipt but never received the rebate.        I am rejecting this response because:
      The rebate company was notified in a timely manner of the issue but refused to review the evidence. As they had done before they just say sorry and act like they dont have to perform as a party to the contract.

      I purchased 12 bottles of ****** ****** wine on 12/10/24. I submitted the rebate form from the liquor store before the 1/14/25 deadline. In accordance with the rules I had to buy 12 bottles between 11/1/24 and 12/31/24 in New Jersy. Inmar sent several postcards denying my rebate request. I sent them letters dated 2/8/25 and 3/6/25 with additional information. I received two more postcards denying my rebate request. I would not have purchased the wine if I knew they would not honor the rebate.

      Clearly this company is pulling the same scam with multiple vendors. Denying rebates by claiming they are 'invalid'. Even if the people who go to the extraordinary step of wasting more time on a phone, likely going through several minutes of voice prompts, or reporting them to the BBB, they will still make out because that likely represents a fraction of the people who filed for legitimate rebates.I was told my rebate was denied because:"Submitter is not a resident of a valid state" I purchased and live in the state the rebate was advertised. Is it even legal to offer a rebate in a state you are not going to grant it?"All required purchases not identified on the reg receipt" I submitted a picture of the receipt, with the purchase circled as soon as I got to my car in the parking lot of the business.Until companies that continue to employ these terrible and potentially deceptive business practices are forced to pay the consumer who is wasting more of their time than should be required, and there are penalties to discourage them from doing so in the future, this will not change.Hopefully the vendors looking for a company such as this to do business with vets their potential partners and sees all of the complaints lodged against Inmar Rebate Center.

      In December of 2024 I submitted a rebate offer (in the mail) to INMAR Rebate Center for purchasing ***** wines.I purchased 12 bottles and was supposed to receive the maximum rebate of $ *****. Subsequently, they sent me a check, but only for $ ******* March of 2025 I re-submitted the rebate request and returned the $ 3.00 check. Their draft # on that check was *******, issued 12/24/2024, from INMAR *************** date, I have not received any feedback nor my $ ***** check.I hope you can help rectify this matter.       On 3-28-2025 & 4-2-2025 I bought 2 Omron Complete Blood and EKG monitor. I filled out and sent in rebate forms on ******************************** for the INMAR OMRON24 rebate. The rebate was rejected because I failed to list ****** as the store where I purchased the monitors. I manually resubmitted with a new screen shot showing both the store Amazon and the Omron unit circled in red on the screen shot of the receipt. It was again rejected saying missing information. At this point we feel like this is a scam and should be turned over to the Texas Attorney General for review. I will upload the screen shots of the receipts and the 2nd rejection card we received from INMAR REBATE CENTER.

      Inmar is contracted to complete drug recalls which is very important for drugs that are not safe do dispense to patients. We have contacted inmar via email, phone and fax. We have sent them the completed recall form numerous times and still have no received any return authorization/shipping label/shipping box and this has been ongoing for months despite successful contacts with them and them promising to complete this recall.
