Is it possible to advise me more on why I'm being denied 3 rebates under the offer WCM2072? The email I got says due to not being in a valid state for the offer. However when I look at the offer terms online I don't see anything about any states Listed. I did attach screencaps of the offer details below and again I don't see anything about any states that aren't allowed. Shouldn't these details be stated in offer so people don't waste time filling out the offer to be told they can't get it. Seems like a bait and switch to me. Also seems unfair for anyone not knowing their state doesn't count and they go out of there way to purchase these items to be told no you can't get this rebate information.I have included screencaps from the rebate information on the Inmar, Inc. Rebate center that shows nothing about any states being valid or not valid. Also I've attached the 3 store receipts and UPC'S from the Can's for the offers. can you please help me get my money ?Offer: Save $2.00 when you purchase any TWO (2) 19.2oz ca Offer Code: WCM2072 Submission#: ***************- submitted on 3/17/25 042 SUBMITTER IS NOT A RESIDENT OF VALID STATE Offer: Save $2.00 when you purchase any TWO (2) 19.2oz ca Offer Code: WCM2072 Submission#: *************** Submitted on 3/20/25 042 SUBMITTER IS NOT A RESIDENT OF VALID STATE Offer: Save $2.00 when you purchase any TWO (2) 19.2oz ca Offer Code: WCM2072 Submission#: *************** Submitted on 3/26/25 042 SUBMITTER IS NOT A RESIDENT OF VALID STATEBusiness Response

On December 12, 2024, I sent in a rebate for 19 crimes wine to Inmar rebate center. I filled everything out properly and I sent in what documentation they asked for. After three months, they told me that my rebate was invalid with no other information given. I called them ******* times but didnt get more information. I was finally told that it was due to a high volume of rebates. What does that even mean? They received a lot of rebates for this particular item and They decided they dont want to stand behind their offer? They shouldnt be allowed to make that decision while representing 19 crimes company. They should have to stand behind an offer that I complied with to the letter. This seems like false advertising and It should be illegal. I did everything they asked for in the rebate, I Submitted it well within the timeframe they asked for. Every time I contacted them to find out the status of my rebate they said it was in process and never said there was an issue with it. Please look into this for me, and if you need more information or would like my help in prosecuting them, Id be more than happy to help. Thank you.Business Response

I mailed well over the 12 correctly submitted rebate forms on January 8, 2025. The postmark date to receive these by Inmar Rebate center was at least 2 weeks AFTER the end of the rebate as listed on each rebate form. I've received several messages stating that either 1) the rebates were received after the cutoff date, 2) the rebate submitted is a duplicate (which is a bold face lie as the coupons ONLY slide out of the register after you scan the items for payment), 3) the receipt was already used for offer which is another lie. We bought several bottles of the item in question during the holidays. I kept all of the receipts in an envelope. NONE of the receipts submitted are carbon copies or duplicates. I took the rebate envelopes to the post office myself to ensure that they were postmarked well before the cut-off date. This company is either ***** to NOT issue correctly submitted rebate requests OR there are a company full of incompetent workers. The ONLY way a receipt can be already used in my case is if more than one worker was working on my submissions. The only way the correct receipt by the company date would be too late would be that the person(s) handling the submissions threw out the envelop with the **** postmark stamp. I've been submitting various rebates for several years and I'm familiar with following instructions. I've attached copies of the emails from the company as well as some of the rebates submitted. I even go out of my way to type my return address in requested info to ensure that it is legible.Business Response

On 12/19/2024, I mailed in original receipts and completed Manufacturer rebate offer #***** form for the required purchase of SIX 1.5L of Woodbridge wines between the 11/1/24 - 12/31/24. Thank you for sending the rebate check received last week, however, the check is for $3.00 vs $24.00. I would like INMAR to honor the rebate and mail me a check for the amount of the program, $24. How do I get this rectified to receive the balance of $21.00? I have copies of my receipts for the six 1.5 bottles purchased.Business Response

With all requirements met to collect the $50 rebate, all receipts and correct rebate form were submitted on Jan 15th, 2025 to Inmar, Inc. I made a purchase of a bottle of Black Velvet at my local Target which included a $5 rebate offer which I filled out digitally. I later received an email stating my submission had been denied with no explanation provided. When I followed up, I asked if it was due to the *** being a mismatch, and explained that ******'s receipt shows a different UPC than what is actually on the product. The response I got back was simply: "Your submission was invalid, because it did not meet the rebate guidelines." Asking which guidelines, they followed up with "The rebate in question was not paid, because the name and/or address listed on the form has requested a high number of rebates from a high number of manufacturers in a short period of time. This type of activity is unusual, and therefore this rebate was denied." I explained that I have not submitted any rebates to them for several months, by name or by address, and asked for more info. That was on December 23. It's now February 3, and after several delayed responses of "wait a while longer," they've followed up with a simple "We have received a response to the inquiry sent concerning your rebate submission. Unfortunately, operations have declined to make a payment on your inquiry. We apologize that we cannot assist you further," again providing no information on why it is denied. And, not that it matters since it wasn't the case, but the terms and conditions on the offers page does not say a "high number of rebates from a high number of manufacturers" would ever exclude someone. From the T&C, the main limiting term is "Limit two rebates per household, name or address," followed by "Employees of ******************, its affiliated companies, agencies, licensed retailers and wholesale groups are not eligible."There's no reason this rebate should've been denied, nor why it's taken over a month to get to this point.Business Response
