      This company is horrible. Horrible employees, horrible corporate team. Just won a judgement against these idiots. Defeated their lawyer with ease. No remorse for destroying their customers cars. Will NEVER do business with them again nor will anybody I know.

      These fools had to pay me 11k in court. ********** NEVER offered to handle THEIR mistake. They hired a scummy lawyer, was I was able to defeat with ease by myself because it was such a clear case of extreme negligence. Strickland doesnt stand behind their employees work. Its clear that management does not care about the consumer at all. They just want $100 and then to throw you back into the road in ten minutes with a terrible, incomplete oil change. Stay away at all costs! Strickland will leave you stranded after their employees s**** your car.

      On 9/25/2023 I went Strickland at one time name was pit-stop 7000 S Stony Island Chicago, ILL 60649. they have you sit in the car which was the 1st for me since name change. lady waited on me & did oil change, when time to pay she took my card to complete the transaction. whenever this particular card is used I always lock right away.
      Welp glad I did got an email from the bank this morning ( 9/26/2023 ) it seems this morning someone tried to use my card # around 7am to get a lyft ride & of course it was declined. I never have taken lyft I drive , now of course the bank shut that card # down. this is the only time this card left my hand, will never get my service again & she should be fired........

      I'd like to start off by saying a lot of these reviews are really negative and it's not about the store that I go to I go to the one in Lexington those guys are on point the pit guy is very charismatic calls out things that he shouldn't have to like drive train issues tie rods Etc topside guys are real good real thorough very quick I was in and out in less than 8 minutes their manager was on point along with their pit Tech Tommy and their Hood Tech Hunter and Jacob you guys keep up the good work for all the Karen's that keep making negative comments come to Lexington they'll take care of you better

      Went in yesterday at the Strickland Brothers in Randleman nc for a inspection. Eric E******* the manager took the car right in and performed a safty inspection. He came out when he was finished and said everything was good but the wiper blade on the drivers side needed to be replaced. I asked if he would show me what he was talking about and thats when his bad attitude came out. He sprayed water on my windshield and turned on the wipers. It was obvious there was a problom but the blade itself was in fine condition. I told him there was nothing wrong with the wiper blade and the reach down grabbed the wiper arm and bent it toward the windshield so the blade made better contact. Turned on the wiper again and it worked perfectly as it should. At this point he informed that the blade would still need to be replaced and asked if i wanted him to replace it. I said mo theres nothing wrong with it that id just fixed it. By this point hes really frustrated i guess because he knew i was right. I informed him i was very familiar with automobiles and he wasn't dealling with a idiot wich really got even madder. He still insisted it need a wiper blade before it would pass, in which case i responded it didnt and i wasnt replacing it as it met the state code requirements witch really ****** him off. At this point he said he would take care of it and told me to leave the bay area. He finished on the computer and told me (very rudely) he would check me out. I paid the 12 dollars and change and he handed me the receipt. When i looked at the receipt it said the head light was lose and the wiper blade needed to be replaced before it will pass. I told him he was mad because i was right and he was wrong and he knew it. Then he follows me out of the store where he continued to try what seemed to me to try to escalate the tension even farther. He then informed me not to return to the store. I will be taking the car to the dmv for them to look at it and to file a complaint.

      I really can't believe how disrespectful these people are. You literally called the police on my 18 year old son and said he spit on you. He didn't touch you nor spit on you. He just came up there to get my car out of the shop was trying to pay and leave. But I guess you got threatened when he questioned you about having an attitude with him and myself over the phone when w called and asked about the car. Not once did we rush you or make you feel like you were rushed. I just asked the young man for a guesstimate on a time he thought my car was going to be ready. He told me he couldn't give me the time being th a t he had to change 2 tires on my car and do a diagnostic. I told him I understand and left. For you to pull mase out on my child and for your husband to tell him to have a nice ***** day was real adult of you. It's women like you that get our little black boys out here murdered. Just for picking up a car. And he was just ready to pay and go because you treaded him so bad. Now we see that you really don't care anything about us. Only if it's our money or if we are doing something for you. God always has the final say so. You can't treat people like this and expect any good will come from it. I just ask him to have mercy on you. And you couldn't even tell me what my son said that was so disrespectful towards you
      But you really had the nerve to lie and tell the police that he spit on you. It's sad that we still have to go through Emmitt Till in 2023. It's sad people like you are still walking around. I had to post here because they took my Google review down. Nor did they respond. There was no justification for how you treated my son. I noticed with other negative reviews, the owner also added negative feedback.

      The only thing that takes ten minutes is the time it takes someone to come check on you. Waited 20 mins. Only two cars in the bays.

      I patronized Store# 627 in Fort Scott, KS since the day they opened. In Oct of 2022 when I had my oil changed, they did not put my splash guard back on. I didn't notice until the 1st of Dec, I don't frequently look under my vehicle or under the hood. I notified the store and the manager, Jeremy, he was very helpful and said that they would replace it. He asked if I could come to the store as they had a splash guard there and wanted to check and see if it was mine. When I arrived, I asked to see the splash guard as I would be able to identify mine (I had replaced it with a thick plastic one as we live on gravel and felt it would be more protective). Jeremy went down in the pit and brought up TWO splash guards, neither which were mine. It was apparent at this time that it was not an isolated event. Jeremy indicated that he would get one ordered. I eventually received a call from Nick, Jeremy's manager, he let me know that I needed to return to the store so Jeremy could take pictures and document so they could order a new one. I did as he asked and they ordered a new one. I did however, request that they replace it with what I had but this request was not honored. When it came in, Jeremy was more than helpful and took his time to make sure it was put on securely & correctly. Fast forward to 1st of February; It was time to get my oil changed so I called the store to let Jeremy know I was coming in. Unfortunately, Jeremy was no longer employed there and Chris was the new manager. I explained to Chris who I was and that I wanted to make sure all went well with the next oil change. Chris then let me know that his boss told him to tell me NOT TO COME BACK. Are you kidding me?? I then called and talked to his boss, Nick and let him know what I was told. After Nick made some phone calls he called me back and said "There was a misunderstanding, you are welcome to come back". I call bull....there is no way to confuse "Don't come back vs You are welcome back. I WILL NOT BE BACK

      Late getting my oil change, discovered that the company has changed hands, Strickland Brothers, now owns the company here in Chicago south Eastside location. I have been coming hear for years. Still have the guys that worked for the old owners. Great guys, professional and of course they can sell me anything, lol! I am happy about the care and service. Keep up the good work!
