I was told they didn't know about NC DOT Not Ready Waivers, provided documents from NC DOT. Then was told my jeep could not pass tint inspection as it did not have doors and windows, NC DOT states that doors are not required only mirrors, which my jeep had present during inspection are required. Tech stated that I could put doors on that had illegal tint and that is why they declined. So if I took my jeep and modified it's condition from it current state during inspection they would be decline, however anyone could also pass a tint inspection then add illegal tint, the logic doesn't make sense. DOT inspector did state it is within their right to decline inspection as they are a tint station however doors are not required for safety inspection which is what I need. If they do not want to do inspection that is well within their right but to not do what is written within the NC DOT code seems shady. NC DOT website even list tint inspections as as applicable, seems like not having windows would qualify as not applicable.Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Bless their hearts for hiring God's special children, but they shouldn't be doing iolite changes!
They used a tiny Mighty T48 on a 4.7 liter Ram engine that needs a larger sized filter like the Fram PH2.
$100 for an oil change and they can't even get the filter right and messed up the threads on my oil drain plug.

I got my oil changed in June 2022 and two days later my splash guard came off while riding down the interstate on the way to the beach. I had to pull over on the interstate and try to put it back on. When I was unable to put it back on I had to drive to the nearest exit , and luckily a gentleman zip tied it back on. When I got home from the beach I took it by there other location , because they were the one's who changed it the first time( 810 S Main St, Graham, NC 27253). The guy tried to say there was screws were missing and he would order some. I gave him two weeks and never received a phone call , so I went back up there to check. He placed two screws on and I explained my splash guard was all bent up, so he took pictures to send to his boss. He was very rude to begin with and seemed aggravated that he had to do all of this work. I contacted Dave the manager of the district and he apologized and said he would order me another splash guard. He "ordered" another one and I went to the other location the 1005 south main st. It ended up being the wrong size, so he got another one. The placed that one on and it fell again while going down the interstate. I zip tied it back on once again and took it back up there. The new splash guard was tore up as well now. The manager has told me since July he was ordering me new parts , and I have called the cooperate office, the oil change place, and the manager and no one will either pick up , or always forwards me to someone else. I have a voicemail where he said he would order my new part, and Brandon verbalized that Dave the manger is ordering my plastic and the new splash guard. I spoke with an busy shop and they explained they should have ordered the whole piece to begin with because it come's s one piece. Instead they cut corners and put my life, my child's life, and other's life in danger because all time's it has came off on the interstate. My stuff needs to be replaced because it is their fault and need to own fault.Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

1 starVery disappointed! Waited 2 hours! Drove my pickup truck there. They drove the truck into the bay and prcedceeded to tear everything up for my oil change. They could not get my truck to start when they were done. My truck had just passed inspection and had no problems. Had to pay to have it towed to Ford. What a rip off. Went to Strickland Brothers for a oil change and filter change. I requested semi synthetic oil. Upon receiving my receipt I noticed I was charged $113 for a oil change. The young lady had the audacity to say “Got Him”. Which made me lock my bank card immediately upon leaving Strickland Brothers at 7000 S Stoney Island in Chicago. I’m glad I did!!! Someone attempted to make purchases using my debit card late last night. After been over charged for a oil change. $113 for a 2015 Kia Sorento is outrageous. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! I sad that you can not support businesses within your own community and Strickland Brothers is a great example of why businesses do not have sustainability in the Black Community.Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

I was been able to locate your invoice and can see that you were charged $69.99 for the synthetic blend, plus an additional $3.00 for the additional 0.30 quarts that were required for your vehicle (our standard price includes up to 5 quarts). In addition, I see that an air filter was replaced for $28.99. If you feel that any of these charges are incorrect or were not fully explained to you, we would appreciate it if you would let us know so that we can address this training need. Didn’t put cover back under car leaving out bolts so it fell going down road arching fire promised to replace it never did anything very pissed will never go again and will make sure no one else does either poor business that doesn’t fix there mistakes would not recommend going there unless u want your car tore up

dear strickland brothers,about a month ago i was stuck for an oil change on my wifes car and tried your place out.your guys were very friendly and professional.it was a little pricey but thats what you pay for convenience.5 days ago my wife says she hears a rubbing noise on right turns...? i look under the car and most of the hardware is missing from the skidplate under the engine and now the plastic is rubbing the tire.i work 6 days a week so i crawled under it today and checked it out.at first look i said"they didnt put the bolts back in!". not the case, all the holes for the hardware are now stripped out no longer accepting a #10 screw and now require a #12 screw. there had been no issues prior to this.im thinking to myself"man,not only did i pay top dollar for an oil change but i tipped your guys!"..and this is what i now have to live with? completely unacceptable,i can only imagine what the next tech is going to say about my drain plug. i would like to schedule an appointment to meet with your owner next sunday for you to remove the drain plug so i can inspect it.the car is fairly new and has only had 7 oil changes so there should be no issues.i was an auto tech for 20 years,ase master and b.a.in automotive engineering,i know when tightening a screw that it is stripped,the fact that i had my car returned to me like this really burns me up. please let me know when i can meet the owner to examine the rest of the car.Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Misled promises to repair an undercover of my vehicle that was damaged by their employees. The owner acknowledged and promised to replace.
