      I always call Advanced when an application breaks down. From an actual person answering my phone call to repairmen who know their stuff, Im pleased with the excellent quality of their service and work.

      Our repair person was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond. My mother was the person here with the repair person and she was immensely impressed, and she has very high standards. Lol. Our repair person was named ****. My mom couldn't say enough good things about him! Thank you!!

      Technicians are great & listen to concerns or questions.
      We have been dealing with Advanced Appliance for 40 years at three different residences in Winston-Salem area. They have always valued our longevity as a customer and I trust there advice and solutions to our needs.
