      I have been using them 2 years now with no issues, but the last 6-8 months EVERY pod has been bad. Honestly I don't even want replacement pods because they will be junk to.

      I will use this opportunity to just quit. Corporate greed and money is what drives this company.

      I can not get a hold o anyone at this number. Even if I did I don't want your products any longer and it is not worth MAYBE getting a refund in 6 weeks or longer. There is plenty of evidence of the poor craftsmanship of your products and it is clear you place profit over quality or taking care of your customers. Ever since Juul products were pulled from the shelves is around the time when your quality control went downhill and with no direct competition you guys get away with this. I will just take my losses and quit. So there is something positive coming out if this. THANKS R J REYNOLDS.

      Every 5% tobacco gold I buy has maybe 1 good pod in a 4 pack, if that. I haven't had the same issue with the 2.4% but that doesn't change the fact that at least $100 has been wasted on pods that either burn out before they're half empty or that are burnt after 3 or 4 hits. With the cost of the pods there should be zero inconsistencies from one pod to the next. Trying to contact vuse is unhelpful and they do nothing. Never had problems like this with blu or juul but r j Reynolds has the money to put them out of business but apparently not the means to make a similarly reliable product. Not to mention how much more expensive vuse pods are compared to blu pods. If you don't vape or smoke then don't start because this one company will control that entire part of your life. Also since making my vuse account now I get emails from pall mall because they are also owned by r j Reynolds. I've never even smoked a pall mall. I would give vuse zero stars if I could. Find a different choice of vape or just don't do it.

      I have called you multiple times and have been told there's nothing you could do. You wouldn't even send me any coupons which even if you did they wouldn't matter because you can't fix your product so it would just be more money wasted on a pods that are already burnt before use.

      The last 6 packages of Vuse Alto pods I bought had burnt pods in them. Between the 6 packs a total of 14 bad pods! I called customer service today. I was told that they will send me a mailer to send back the bad pods that I still have. I only have 2 since I have thrown the rest away. Once I send the bad pods back they will send me a check for $12.49. I guess I'll have to call them each time I get bad pods and go through this tedious process. I'm switching to something else.

      I have been using Vuse for about 4 years. Sadly when I buy the four pack I am guaranteed to either have pods brown or not even hitting! I literally just let the store, opened a pack and the first 2 didn’t even work. I then opened the second pack and finally the third one worked but how is that ok? So I checked all of them and 2 out of the 8 actually worked and tasted good. 4 did not work at all and 2 were burnt. 47.00 for 2 pods? Sadly customer service will send you a few coupons as if that’s going to help the ongoing issue. FIX YOUR PRODUCT OR PULL IT.

      After buying numerous four packs of dark brown 5% “Golden” Vuse pods this previous month, the acrid taste has given me the push needed to quit this expensive and destructive vice. I feel disgusted with every draw from these faulty pods and am angered that there isn’t viable accountability or regulation on this “controlled” substance.

      Nearly every 4 pack I purchase has burnt tasting dark/discolored pods. Customer service is pointless. Seeing all the reviews it’s obvious they know and just don’t care to do quality control on the items they sell. Going to be looking for an alternative because I’m sick of wasting money on an unusable product. I would give zero stars if I could.

      Have a bag full of brown pods. Call customer service and they give me the same run around. My fault for still using them but their customer service is terrible. Glad to see I’m not the only one who gets half-garbage pods when buying a pack. COMPLETE JOKE OF A COMPANY. And they know their juice is bad and still selling it…JOKE

      I placed an order on October 30,2022 and new i would should have my order before surgery. One month later and 2 phone calls to the business i still DO NOT have my order with tracking saying it hasnt been picked up by the carrier but yet my package can't be found and no replacement has been put in place nor a refund has been offered and all i get is the runaround.

      The quality checks of their Vuse products are abismall and will not give you a refund in anyway. They continue to sell faulty products and still have an A+ rating? They are terrible and don't know how they have a 1 star but are accredited. Ridiculous. BBB is useless.

      Local convenience stores in Kentucky are now selling 4 pack golden tobacco 5mg packs with 50-100% dark weird tasting pods.( expired, oxidized?) However, the last 4 pack I purchased at a Marathon store was unsealed, no plastic wrap; black juice inside and there is no company logo on the pod itself.
      Don’t trust this company anymore. They will give refund with receipt but that does not matter if u cannot buy unspoiled untampered with packs in local stores.
