      Terrible customer service! They lie. Received so many bad burnt brown pods. Claim the check is in the mail since June. I've called every week for months. Emailed several times. Never get a reply. Lie, lie, lie!

      We discovered a processing error that caused certain refund checks to be returned. We have since resolved this issue and will be re-issuing your refunds which will arrive in 2-4 weeks.       Worst quality control ever. Half the pods I buy either taste like burnt plastic or do not work altogether. I called and complained last year. They said they would send me some coupons for more of their bad product. Never received the coupons. Of course, it doesn't matter to the billion-dollar company of R.J. Reynolds.

      Not happy with the gold 5.0 pods, they are up to $26. Now in Florida AND almost every 4 pack I buy has at least 2 that look burnt and taste like a stale ashtray cig. Butt

      More horror stories. Had the bad pod problem for over a month. Called several times, every time I have the problem. All they want is photos and numbers and say they will send a buy one get one free coupon. All pictures show I buy 4 packs. The first coupon I got was for two pack only. Because 2 packs cost more than 4 packs, I spent more than I would for s single 4 pack. On top of that 6 of the 8 pods were bad too.

      Vuse Alto pods are getting out of hand. Live in MD and pay $24.00 in sales tax costing me $65.00 for 2 boxes of Gold 5.0 in 4 pack having to throw 3 of them away because they are brown and taste horrible. This is not acceptable and shouldn’t happen in the US. Being ripped off and no one cares. How could you do that. We can’t afford to pay $35.00 for 1 pod. I love these, when you get a good one. It used to be 1 in a box, now it’s been at least 2-3 in every box for past month. It just isn’t right, not fair.

      I think that I feel like everyone else. Why am I constantly getting brown vape pods? These things aren't cheap and I'm throwing away at least half of what I buy. R.J. Reynolds needs to get their act together.

      I am a loyal nicotine user. I quit cigarettes and switched to vuse alto pods 3 years ago. I am ready to go back to cigarettes just for consistency. I am so incredibly sick of getting brown burnt pods. I spent 26.00 yesterday and received 4 dark brown pods that tasted super burnt. I have had at least 50 perce nt bad pods for several months. This needs to be addressed and fixed.

      I'm tired of wasting money on old, oxidated, dark brown, nasty tasting pods! The uh sag that it's normal and doesn't affect the product but I call BS! They taste disgusting and do not work correctly at all! I will be looking for a different option and will no longer be supporting VUSE.
