1 starComplaint Summary:I purchased an extended warranty through National Truck Protection (NTP) for my commercial vehicle (2020 MV607). The contract lists fuel injectors as a covered component. After a mechanical issue, I submitted a claim using one of **** preferred shops, which they promote as offering automated approval and streamlined processing.Despite this, the process has taken over 45 days so far. *** repeatedly required additional diagnostics and teardownrequested solely by ***** provide documentation for their review, resulting in substantial additional cost to me before coverage was even determined.*** has now indicated they will not cover the fuel injectors, citing lack of proven failure, despite requiring teardown to establish that proof. Theyve also attempted to shift responsibility for labor rate disputes with their preferred shop onto me. Communication has been minimal unless I initiated it.Desired Resolution:I am seeking reimbursement for teardown costs initiated solely at **** request, confirmation of fuel injector coverage if failure is confirmed, and timely resolution of this claim. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will pursue arbitration as provided in the contract.Review fromEarl S

5 starsI would highly recommend to any and everyone who purchases a used truck to include National Truck protection I am an owner operator we have been going through a very hard recession for the past 2 years it has been nearly impossible to save money thank God I'm still working, if not for National Truck protection I may have had to go out of business.. 1 starVery unprofessional. No sense of urgency. ****** *****, The adjuster for my claim seems too busy to communicate with me and does not care at all. Even after 5 calls I couldnt get him to call me back or even email to help with my situation. Its feels like the customer is the least of his concern. For 2 injectors, Im told management has to review my claim. Already 3 days and counting for a job that can be done in one day. I will do my best to let everyone of my truckers friends know about the ridiculous and careless service *** is offering.Review fromLaMonte L

My experience was great. The warranty served it's purpose. No complaints. No issues. All my issues were with the Dealer where truck was purchased and the shop that did the work... no problem with the warranty.National Truck Protection Co., Inc.
