I have had the warranty service from this company for almost a year. I have always paid the premium for their service. I have two trucks under their warranty program. I have filed a claim 7 times. Out of those 7 claims, they only covered one claim, and it was for a partial payment. And I emphasize the word partial because it was literally about 15% of the total cost of the claim. The other 6 times I filed a claim, they have found ways to deny coverage. Ways that would be impossible to justify the denial. Even when the body shops reply with what is wrong, that should be clearly covered, they have denied the payments. They will do anything and everything to deny your claims. Stay away from this company. I wish I had realized their low rating on BBB before signing a contract with them. I assure you, I will not continue with their services in the future. Buyers please beware.

I was convinced to purchase a warranty on my truck and assured that i could renew at the end of my policy. When the time came to renew i was informed that the gentleman who sold me the policy no longer works there and that i could not renew even though i had emails between me and said gentleman to prove my story. I feel this was very misleading and i was basically lied too. They will tell you what ever they need to to get your money

We've been in contact with Mr. *****, who is understandably disappointed that we cannot renew his current vehicle service contract, which is due to expire soon. Unfortunately, we've had to explain that renewing his Vehicle Service Contract isn't possible based on our underwriting guidelines. According to our policy, we are unable to offer a vehicle service contract for specific truck classes that exceed a certain mileage threshold. Consequently, Mr. *****' truck no longer meets our underwriting requirements, and we are unable to extend his vehicle service contract.
We genuinely value Mr. *****' business and deeply regret that we cannot meet his request.

Don 't cover nothing it's a scam which should not be legally allowed. Do not put any money towards it to reduce your monthly payments you will not get it back after first claim. One quick statement I had taken to repair the well-known repair company said they are not pleasant to work with and they don't return authorization calls. I needed my truck repaired quickly so I paid a$6500 repair up front to get it repaired quickly then figured I would submit the claim within the30day requirements. WAS I WRONG BECAUSE I PAID UP FRONT I VIOLATED THERE CLAIM POLICY. CLAIM DENIED!!! THEY MAKE UP POLICY WHEN IT BENIFITS THEM. SCAM ARTIST. DO NOT BUY CONTRACT ?? ALSO WATER DAMAGE TO A DEF CONTROL BOARD WATER DAMAGE NOT COVERED. DON'T DRIVE IN THE RAIN PEOPLE. AND THEY WON'T COVER ANYTHING ELSE ON THE REPAIR ORDER BECAUSE I PAID UP-FRONT. THEY Also DON'T COVER ROADSIDE SERVICE YOU NEED TO HAVE VEHICLE TOWED TO ONE OF THERE REPAIR FACILITIES EVEN IF IT COSTS $2000 + TO TOW. I GOT AWAY PAYING $800 IN ROADSIDE VERSES $2000 TOWING. WHAT A SCAM AND A SHAME BUT THAT'S THE WAY IT IS TODAY. BUYER BE WARE.
So I PUT LIKE $5000 DOWN TO REDUCE MONTHLY PAYMENT
I LOOSE. WHY CONTINUE PAYING A MONTHLY FEE FOR NOTHING. IN THIS CASE I THINK A SHARP STICK IN THE EYE WOULD BE MORE ECCEPTABLE

Mr. ********** submitted a claim to National Truck Protection, citing an issue with his aftertreatment PDF system, which had failed. His chosen repair shop identified water intrusion and corrosion as the root cause, as clearly evidenced by the wiring harness photos. Unfortunately, the vehicle service contract explicitly excludes coverage for corrosion-related issues, which led to the denial of the claim.
IV. LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS A. WHAT THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT COVER
This Agreement applies only to Breakdowns occurring within Canada or the United States of America, its possessions, and territories. It does not provide coverage for:

    5. A Breakdown caused by corrosion, rust, dirt or dust.

Mr. **********'s contract includes towing coverage, it's essential to clarify that this agreement is designed solely for valid, warrantable, and approved claims in accordance with the contract language.
We understand and regret Mr. **********'s frustration with this situation. However, we take pride in providing coverage when a failure aligns with the terms of the contract. As specified in Mr. **********'s vehicle service contract language, the issue in question falls under an excluded category.

Run from this company - I am in mid fight for a claim to be covered by their warranty. We paid $7000 for the warranty 6k miles ago and additional transmission coverage and they are refusing to pay the claim. This unit was fully inspected twice within the past 6000 miles(once by their representative) and fluid levels monitored closely. They are using clauses in the contract that have a very wide interpretation to deny a very obvious part failure.

National Truck Protection obtained additional information from both the repair shop and Mr. *******, which conclusively supported that the transmission failure was covered under Mr. *******'s Vehicle Service Warranty. Mr. ******* expressed both satisfaction and gratitude with the favorable resolution of his claim.
At National Truck Protection, we take great pride in our unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and we are thrilled that we were able to effectively assist Mr. ******* in resolving his issue. Ensuring that our customers receive the coverage and support they rightfully deserve is our top priority, and we are pleased to have achieved precisely that in his case.
