Once we received the proper documentation from the servicer, we were able to verify that the failure was a covered component. Therefore, we have handled ****************** claim and paid for an engine replacement under his *************** Contract, as per our agreement. We apologize for any confusion, but we needed additional documentation to confirm that the failure was indeed covered under the contract. All issues have been resolved, the claim has been paid, and we truly appreciate ****************** business.Review fromRavi K

A total scam the whole warranty is ******** and I totally would not purchase again knowing whay I knowNational Truck Protection Co., Inc.

In response to the Better Business Bureau review left by **************** regarding National Truck Protection, we promptly reached out to him to discuss the comments made within the review. Upon further communication, it was clarified that the repairer initially submitted an estimate on March 27, 2024, which was approved the same day. However, additional damage was discovered immediately after our initial approval, leading to the submission of a supplement estimate the following day, March 28, 2024.During our conversation with ****************, he expressed that based on our initial approval, he thought we were not covering the repairs. However, he is now pleased to learn that the supplement approval was granted, authorizing repairs up to the limits of liability under his Aftertreatment coverage as per his *************** Contract agreement with us.Following our discussion with **************** on March 29, 2024, it was our understanding that he intended to amend his review with the Better Business Bureau to reflect the updated information and resolution.We appreciate ******************** understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter, and we remain committed to providing exceptional service to all our customers.Review fromAlex R

this company is garbage the k,w Diller tells the costumers that they are good at responding but they are good at promising they are excellent. But when you have problems, they hide or send the calls to another seller and that is how they stay they are companies that the then government. We attempted to contact ****************** multiple times to discuss his claim further, but unfortunately, we have not received a response. ********************** truck experienced several failures, and according to MHC Kenworth, the nox sensor and camshaft replacement were covered under the *** warranty, which has been acknowledged. However, repairs for the clutch, DPF cleaning, and the fuse box are non-covered components as per the *************** Contract. We are committed to resolving any outstanding issues and addressing ********************** concerns promptly. We encourage him to reach out to us directly so we can address his concerns and claims experience.
