    I placed an order for Hose #******** with Buyparts.Online for $67.49 on December 25th, 2023 and immediately received an email with my order confirmation number (#****). The email has a link to the Shop app, which I downloaded, that only showed the order had been created, but no tracking information available. After waiting a week without receiving a tracking number, I called them and it went unanswered on to a generic voicemail. I emailed the company on January 2, ****, asking for the tracking number and if it had not been shipped yet to simply refund my money. The email went unanswered, as well. I called January 3, **** and was prompted by their automated voicemail requesting a detailed message be left. I simply stated my name, Order #****, contact phone number and that if the hose hasn't been shipped, I want a refund. Within 5 minutes of leaving the message, the Shop app popped up with a tracking number for the shipment. I checked and the shipping label has been created, but the product still has not been shipped. I simply want a refund; I had to purchase this part elsewhere since it took so long.

    ****-I sincerely apologize for the delay. The holidays hurt us in many aspects this year. Our support people and warehouse people are different people and the timing of the label at the same time as the cancelation was definitely a coincidence. When that label is made, the part is dropped at the shipper (****,UPS,FedEx, etc) immediately after. We deliver piles of packages daily, so they don't scan them right away as we drop. They have also had scanning delays over the holidays. We're hoping that gets back to normal now. Nevertheless, the parts/package is on its way and we can't pick it up from **** at this point, so please reject the package when it arrives and we'll get you a full refund, no problem. Or if you'd prefer, we could get you a return label. Either way is fine. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks

    We ordered a 3808023c1 curtain track (order # ****) for ****** from Buyparts.online on 12/5 and according to there website it was in stock. They have gave me tracking info through Shop which shows the order placed but nothing else has happen. I have tried calling, emailing and the chat function on their website but haven't had any luck what so even with any of them. Just want to cancel the order cause not sure if this place is even real. I mean I have tried for a week to get ahold of someone and have not talked to one person.

    This order has been cancelled and refunded. Sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. The part is obviously on a national backorder and our main warehouses didn't have it, so it was coming from a secondary supplier we have in our feed, however that supplier "accepted" the order, but didn't fulfill it in a timely manner. Thanks

    On February 1st, 2023 I placed an order with Buy Parts Online, LLC. for a truck part that they listed as in stock for $109.06. On February 7th my card was charged. I have not received a shipping notification from them and have tried contacting them via ********* E-mail, and Phone several times and have not received any response from them. Because I had not received the part I had to go a different route to make my repair and I no longer need the part I ordered from them. I need my order cancelled and my card refunded.
