      Bad experience.
      I ordered Honda mover.
      Description of this item is pretty blurry. Shipping suppose to be free, but when you follow buying process they charge shipping and handling $90.
      Instead of one self propelled I ordered push mover.
      Sent e-mail 1/2 hour later. Next day Monday morning associate inform me that item was already on way to my home and I'll be charge with additional charges for shipping it back.
      Terrible experience. I won't use them anymore.

      Was instructed to use this website to order tooling for my company. First company card used said they are unable to process the order and thus rejected it.
      Had to try many more cards after that due to this being a highly needed item. Company does not at all warn that they will process a pre-authorization charge that holds your funds, that was a nice little surprise for us when we learned our cards were locked in that reason.
      That level of pre-authorization is not the standard and will handicap you if unaware of it. Now we currently are stuck without the tooling we need because of this company's foolish practice.
      The cherry on top is that nothing was wrong with the cards in the first place for it to be denied, but the email does suspiciously push you towards using paypal if there are any issues.
      It's just baffling to see such a ridiculous problem like this when other companies have their practices down just fine. Do not trust this company.

      I was looking at buying a Milwaukee packout on this site. I started to buy and decided after I saw the ship date to not purchase. I closed the window and the transaction went thru. I never submitted to allow it. Then I try to send them an email to tell them I didn't authorize it and they said they couldn't do anything. They proceeded to make a shipping label knowing it wasn't going to ship so they could say they did. STAY AWAY JUST LIKE ALL THE OTHERS HAVE SAID. THESE PEOPLE ARE GREETY PEICES OF ****

      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, I ORDERED A ATTACHMENT FOR MY MILWAUKEE GLUE GUN AND THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG! I contacted them the very same day multiple times and even called with no avail. They finally respond two days later saying it has been shipped and nothing they can do. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SEVICE now my attachment is being delivered god knows where and I will be moving forward by contacting my bank for a refund and warning others! DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE SHOPPING WITH THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY their is countless other reputable sites to order from. NEVER SPEND A CENT WITH ACME TOOLS!

      I will say I got a great price on a saw but they didn't send the stand. now they say at least 2 more months, it has already been a month. I only buy things I need so now I will need to buy the stand locally and assuming they honor our purchase contract I will end up with 2. or reading these reviews i may never get it at all and will have to turn this review into a complaint.

      I purchased a Milwaukee tool from Acme. Right out of the box the tool didn’t work. When I contacted their customer service for replacement the response was to work it out with Milwaukee!

      We are sorry to hear this customer is having issues with his Milwaukee product. The item was purchased back in February which is out of our 30 day exchange policy and we did refer him to utilize the manufactures warranty and sent him information to find his local Milwaukee service center.

      Poor customer service, due to horrible handling. The product I ordered was broken in multiple spots. The dipstick handle was broken off, the throttle lever was broken. Another bent piece I was able to bend back. I paid 100 dollars for handling, and this product was man handled and destroyed. The parts I paid for was around 50 dollars to have replaced. There wasn’t anything they were willing to do. I would not but something from them again, or recommend them to anyone due to the poor customer service.

      partial order got cancelled due to item being on back order but the item is being listed as in stock on their website. the whole promotion sounds like a scam to me at this point. My order took nearly 6 months and couldn't be completely fulfill. I proceed to asked for a partial refund and was denied due to that the whole order was part of a promotion and i will not get any credit or refund back. I requested to return the partial items that has been picked up to get my full refund back but i was told that their return policy is within 30 days. feeling frustrated i am not getting all of the items from my order and now also cannot get a return.

      Buyer beware. Delivery timetables on the website are not synced up with the company's inventory AND they know this. They told me. I ordered my product weeks ago and we are now 1 week late and I am told another week from getting it delivered. They had the nerve to tell me they would refund me but the big sale on this package is no longer on sale anywhere else. The problem is no other company has this package deal and will cost me more to go with a more reputable company. They openly mislead people and have had my money for weeks with no delivery.
