  Came to service my broken furnace . Came to my house 3 times over the three coldest weeks of the year and never fixed anything. Then never reported to my warranty company what was wrong but reported that the issue was fixed. I’ve been without heat for 3 weeks in sub freezing temperatures. My dog/ support animal has died . Do not use them . EVER . They dont care .

  Melissa at the front desk is extremely rude. I left a bad review over a year ago because they changed the price when they found out I was over by AHS. i guess I’m on the do not service list which is fine. so today i put in a claim and their company was assigned. she called me and stated “ we were assigned your home but because you left us a bad view you are on the do not service list, so I’m sending your claim back“ why didn’t she just send it back from the beginning, I think it was very unprofessional for her to call me to try to throw it in my face that they aren’t servicing my home. very unprofessional 0/10 don’t recommend

  Pro: technician came on time. He replaced a sensor cable with a new one I already had on hand. Con: technician was at my house for 45 minutes. I was overcharged. IMHO, almost $400. Again, he unplugged the old cable and plugged in the new. He replaced a twist tie and used my hose to rinse the filters. Rating; will never use them again and suggest others do not as well.

  I requested a callback via internet to request information on replacing my furnace. That was on a Saturday. Late afternoon Monday, still no call back so I called myself. Called again on a Tuesday, still no call back. Its disgusting that I would need to continue to contact a company to get some information. When I did speak to someone, typical call takers, I would get the usual response, "someone will be contacting you soon". What is their concept of soon?? I've since gone with a local dealer and had a more professional experience. If you are looking to have some work done, I wouldn't recommend Aireserve. I'll be speaking to other veterans about this. I'm not saying they're bias against veterans, I'm just indicating that I'll be sharing my experience with them.

  I made the mistake of calling aire serve again, I truly regret giving them another chance to screw me over. I had them install a furnace for me back in 2018?? I thought that the new furnace was a lot better , heard alot more air coming from it , come to find out , they only put screws on the front of the sheet metal that goes over the A coil and just taped the reste of the seams ,very poor work . On 12/22/23 , I heard a dripping sound coming from my water heater , I made the mistake of calling Aire Serve and thought that since they had installed the water heater for me in 2019 , that they mihght give a break on the repair , I was so wrong and feel so stupid for giving them another chance , the first" technician" diagnosed the problem as a bad tank and said it needed to be replaced , , when the 2nd "technician showed up , he found out the drain vave and leaking were it went into the tank , and charged me $400 to replace the drain valve. My washer and dryer needed to be removed to acces my water heater and they wanted to charge me $250 to remove it , I had friend help me instead and it took less that 10 minutes to get it out I will never give Aire Serve another chance to burn me again and will tell almost every one I meet what high prices they charge and what poor quality work they do.

  Bought the most expensive furnace. Township showed up they never pulled permits. They never put a filter in after completed. They fried my humidifier system that I had to have repaired and cannot run from the same thermostat due to their negligence. Which they didnt even tell me about. The salesman flew in to meet with me for the sale. There was only one guy in the staff working in my house that had any experience. All in all it was the worst decision thus far of a company I've dealt with. Never returned phonecalls, etc for issues during or after the job was "so called" completed.

  Bait, Switch and junk =( I really wanted to love this company BUT I bought my unit and got a 10 year warranty that covers for parts and labor to protect my family and investment. BUT! You much pay for maintenance every year even though you have an warranty or your warranty that you paid for is invalid. I don't know about you but when you pay over 10,000 for whole new system and get a warranty that you pay for and the saleman didn't say that I would need to pay every month? The guy took advantage of myself and wife as she was pregnant with my first and my nerves was all over the place. Do yourselves a favor and find a different company that doesn't sell junk and will honor what they tell you,,,,without paying again, and again and again!

  My satisfaction level is at maximum. Every encounter I have had has been stellar. Super fast response from the office, text messages to report scheduling, and again to let you know the tech is on the way. They have been on time, ever time, and every tech knows there stuff and is willing to explain. Mike was my first contact, and he fixed my old unit without needing any parts and no sales pitch. He is why I called Aire Serv when I did decide to replace. Mike, Clint, and Isaac have been there when they said, and are quick, respectful, friendly. The HVAC they installed did have a couple glitches, from the factory, but Aire Serv stood behind their product, made it right and had it running before it got uncomfortable. Wish there there were more stars.

  Excellent company with stellar employees, especially Gary, Chris, Parker, & Patrick. They installed a new HVAC system for us and did a terrific job. Linda is also very personable and helpful. We highly recommend Aire Serv.
