      That is very conscientious and thorough. The work he does is exemplary! We are always looking forward to having him come to our house because we feel he is very honest and is also very easy to talk with. He explains everything before he begins his work. John Henry's is very lucky to have him.

      I have to say I was disappointed. Appointment was postponed twice which I understood. They repaired an outdoor copper line and used crimp connections rather than soldering. Whole job took less than 15 minutes but bill was over $300. I will be seeking a different company next time.

      We have worked with John Henry for over 10 years. Their work is done perfectly every time,they don’t leave a mess,their staff and technicians are extremely knowledgeable and professional and they let you know which technician is coming,and when and where they are. We love them!

      John Henry's sent a knowledgeable technician to repair our boiler system. He was courteous and professional and very informative. He explained what he was doing and why. Will definitely call if needed again.
