      John Henry’s sent two excellent people to my house to unplug the water drain going to the city drain. They responded within 3 hours of my call for help, were extremely professional and explained the process prior to any work. Fantastic service.

      John Henry has been a great asset for me since returning to Lincoln in 2024. All technicians and support personnel are professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.       We have always been pleased with the service that John Henry's has provided. This time was no different. They came when promised. Both of the service providers were friendly and professional. They covered their feet so that they didn't get dirt on our light colored carpet. Best of all, they fixed the problem in a short amount of time. We will continue to call John Henry's for our plumbing needs. Thank you for the excellent service!

      Took 2 guys about 4 1/2 hours to tear out and install new furnace and air conditioner.

      Excellent prompt service. Courteous and professional and very informative. Replaced warranty parts and flushed the water heater. Even game me a short tutorial on lighting the pilot if it ever happened again.

      Ian came to look at our tankless water heater. Even though it was a little outdated he did a great job getting our hot water going. Very professional and extremely helpful. We have other things that will need attention and definitely will call John Henry’s.

      They showed up on time. Solved the drain clog problem and had it fixed within an hour. They have done other jobs for us over the years and we have always been pleased with their work.
