      We are very happy with the replacement of our basement drain. Jack and Landon were very professional and accomplished the job in less time than projected. They explained everything to us so we would understand the procedure and did a very good job. Thank you.

      Awful experience. Needed a shower valve/faucet cartridge replaced. Tons of runaround. Two visits, six phone calls, spent $1000, never got the issue resolved. This company is set on the quick sell and goes out of their way to ignore problems they create.

      The service plan is a complete scam...don't do it! I had the service plan for a year and could not cancel. All the techs do is try to upsell other services...we had our ducts cleaned and 6 months later at the next inspection, they reccommended my ducts to be cleaned again! Now I am saddled with this nonsense for another year and their customer service guy gives zero effs about customers and non stop talked over me and would not listen. Shame on you. Never again.

      We appreciate the customer being a Gold Member with us since February 2022. We value their membership and sincerely apologize for any misunderstandings or miscommunications that have occurred.
      Our Gold Memberships are based on an annual plan with options to pay either monthly or annually, and they automatically renew on the anniversary unless canceled beforehand. Over the course of the membership year, members receive two HVAC maintenance services, discounts, and priority service for demand calls.
      Since the inception of this membership, we have provided six HVAC maintenance services, each valued at $168. This explains the $112 outstanding balance on the account. If the membership continues for the full year, this balance would be covered by the monthly payments.
      Our manager has attempted to contact the customer to resolve this issue but was unable to reach anyone, and we have not received a return call. We understand how important it is to clarify such matters, and in good faith, we have decided not to charge the remaining $112.

      Dishonest company. I was charged $315.00 for a $5.00 part for my toilet. Took him 5 minutes to install.

      This reply is 100% insincere! I called customer service twice and nothing came of it. When I made the appointment they they say between 8am and 6pm, not having any concern for the customers time. You could offer a realistic time, like within an hour of a certain time. Waiting all day is ridiculous! There was stormy weather starting that day, but he was done in minutes regardless of that. That is deceiving you would even say that. If something would have happen due to a storm, it would be safer to take shelter my home that to be driving a van. If you want to refund any part of the obsorbant amount you charged me, that would be the right thing to do. But I don't believe you are willing to do that since that is what I said to the customer service lady on the phone, and I received no call back. I gave the review because people need to know. I don't believe the 5 start reviews are legitimate. I contacted BBB because your business is dishonest and greedy. I will never use this company, nor do I have anything good to say about the service. It was robbery what you did. Flat out, robbery in my opinion! From what I've read some of your other customers have had the same experience but with much larger amounts. I feel terrible for them, but I'm glad they shared their experiences. So, call me if you're willing to show any sense of integrity in business. Otherwise it's $315.00 I lost, but lesson learned! You don't want to regain trust, you want money. I'm all for company making an honest living, but what you did is not honest!

      Money hungry company that uses A.I. program that records you anytime they’re in your home. Also their rates are going up again. Former employee here letting you know this place does not have your best interest in mind

      Recently our hot water heater went out had JH replace it, little over a week later our furnace went out had JH replace it also. The salesman tried to get me to purchase a bundle package and replace all 3 units including our AC unit, I informed him at that time even tho the AC was an older unit it is working fine, Well after the furnace install out of no where my AC unit isnt working. The coil is damaged and or leaking freon,while replacing our furnace somehow our coil gets mysterically damaged???? What a coinsedence, after several phone calls and serviseman coming out JH totally denies any responsibility towards damaging the coil. Even tho its an older unit its strange that all f the sudden it goes bad!! We paid full price for both water heater and furnace cash, one would thinkJH would look beyond making profits and take care of a customers needs,

      John Henry's Plumbing, Heating, and Air recently installed a new furnace, hot water heater, and humidifier at my home, and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the outset, the team demonstrated a level of professionalism and expertise that truly set them apart. The technicians, Sterling M, Justin R, and James G, were outstanding in their work. They approached the project with a meticulous attention to detail that was evident in every aspect of the installation process.

      One of the most impressive aspects of their service was the cleanliness and quietness with which they worked. Despite the extensive nature of the installation, they managed to keep the work area remarkably clean, minimizing disruption and ensuring that my daily life was hardly impacted. It's rare to find a team that commits so deeply to respecting the homeowner's space, and this was something I greatly appreciated.

      Sterling, Justin, and James were not only skilled in their respective trades but also exceptionally courteous and helpful.       Charged me for stuff I never agreed to. Did a bad job cleaning out my sewer. Did damage in the process and charged me to fix the damage they did. When I tried to get them to make it right the office manager lead me on for months on end.

      I had my water main break out by the city shut off and had no choice at the time but to call john henrys. I was quoted 10 grand over the phone with out a single person looking at it and they wanted half down. I gave them 3500 down and it took 5 days for them to replace the whole line. I later found out while talking with a master plumber that the break could have been repaired at the break and would have cost around 2'700.
      so
      i gave my insurance this quote from JH and they couldn't believe how much they were charging. So my insurance company asked JH for a break down on cost. Two months go by and my insurance company calls me and they tell me the JH job lead wont send them a break down or get back to them.
      Another month rolls by and JH calls me asking for the rest of the money. Saying they are going to turn me into collections if i don't pay them in full. I remind them that my insurance company needs this break down of cost. I call my insurance agent again and ask them if they have received the info and they have not. This whole time i am asking JH to just email me the invoice. so i can send it to the insurance and i get nothing. Another month goes by and my insurance calls me and says they finally received it. This whole time JH is calling me asking for my payment, knowing what my insurance company needs. Two weeks later i finally get the check in the mail, with my insurance company reluctantly giving it to me because they feel that its some kind of cash grab from JH. I call JH to pay my balance and the person on the phone says that they have turned it into collections.
      Ten grand later i have it all sorted out.
      STAY FAR AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY!
      THEY WILL OVER CHARGE YOU!
      THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!
      THEY WILL TAKE ANY ADVANTAGE THAT THEY CAN TO ROB YOU OUT OF MONEY!
      ITS ALMOST LIKE THEY MAKE A PERCENTAGE OFF WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU.
      I WOULD BET THAT THEY DO MAKE A %
      STAY AWAY FROM JOHN HENNRYS USE ANYONE BUT THEM IF YOU VALUE HONEST WORK.
