      Edwin should be employee of the month. He was the most courteous employee I have ever had from the service company. He was also very up to date on the water softener and several other items I asked about. I will request him everytime.

      Called Friday evening with no heat. Service man was here by 10:30 Saturday morning. Solved the problem in a short amount of time. Very courteous and efficient.

      We were scheduled for service on a Sunday and received a call Saturday afternoon that Weston was able to come over in 15 minutes. Weston was courteous and professional. He explained everything to us and had our furnace back up and running in no time. We greatly appreciate the service that we received.

      I would never use this company again. Please tell me why you sent one person out for 15 minutes and charged 8 hours of labor for two individuals. VERY poor business practice. Check your ethics.

      I woke up on a sunday morning to a 50 degree house.:(

      The tech from john henry made it by one o'clock, and worked very diligently to make sure my furnace was up and running. I am so grateful to be saved from the "arctic" on a sunday!
