  Total scam.Do not deserve even one star.
  Refuse to hold accountable obviously fraudulent seller (auctioneer) who was selling through their internet platform.
  Legal auction theONLY way to deal with this company .Should be carefully investigated by varies agencies

  At a recent online auction, I won 6 separate football cards and each was won with my max bid amount. Not a single item was won under the max and not a single item was outbid by someone else by at least $1. That greatly defies the odds of that happening. Suspicious to say the least. I've come to find out that the auctioneers know what the max bids are during the auction, so they could easily exploit bidders who use the max bid system and I believe that's what happened to me. I contacted HiBid and the auctioneer using HiBid and, while both said they would look into it, they have not returned my repeated requests for an update. Bidders beware!
  
  For those unfamiliar with "Max Bidding", you can bid $1 and set a max of $20, for example. If someone else bids $2, then the automated system bumps your bid up to $3. If no one else bids, you win at $3. However, if other folks keep bidding the system keeps bidding for you until it reaches $20. You win if no one bids over $20. If they do go over $20, you're out unless you bid more on your own.

  Hibid has a platform that allows auction houses that do terrible business to report you because they are upset you left them a bad review . Heads up ! Keep making the bad reviews but make a new account for reviews . That’s what I did . They protect the companies that do terrible business basically. I called and nobody cared.

  There seems auctioneers are not held to respectable standards of conduct by Hibid, nor is there a discernible way to have them step-in when you have experienced major issues with an auctioneer...such as shill bidding...as I did. All accusations aside, I had irrefutable evidence, in the form of testimony by first hand account witness of a direct representative of consignor, being online, pushing up the live bid on many of the items, including many which I ended up buying.
  Hibid's only solution to my complaint was to tell me to take it up with the auctioneer... who suddenly seemed unreachable.

  This business allows Sellers to essentially blacklist buyers if they complain about wrongdoing of any kind. I had 2 separate sellers not ship items to me, or ship damaged items. I complained to Hi-Bid & they have a “hands off” approach. Allowing sellers that are shady ** to operate freely taking advantage of buyers, not disclosing excessive shipping charges until after the bid, selling defective items. Etc. These sellers can blacklist a buyer from the site by leaving secret notes on their “AuctionNET” & buyers cannot complain about rotten sellers!
  This website is one of the shadiest sites I’ve come across. Giving buyers no other options but to do charge backs from their banks which are instantly listed by the rotten sellers as notes to other sellers not to accept bids from buyers that expect are forced to use charge backs to fix an issue that Hi-Bid.com refuses to address!
  There should be a CLEAR way of treated buyers with respect. Hi-Bid does not do this at all.
  It’s disgraceful…and I buy from sellers all over the Country.
  So I hope this review reaches Hi-Bid buyers and they take it seriously!…
  Buyers Need to Beware of these predatory sites that wring their hands or turn their heads to sellers that are openly scamming, or ripping off bidders!

  I won some lamps in a HiBid auction that had significant damage that had been hidden in the auctioneer's photos by the cord. I reached out to the auctioneer about the issue and he immediately became hostile and dinged my HiBid account. I tried getting HiBid's help with the issue, but I've been left to deal with it on my own. Now I'm out over $100 bucks and have a dinged account for my troubles. I will not be using HiBid again, since they allow their vendors to sell you garbage and get away with it.

  They are selling mystery boxes... Full of junk and worthless stuff that I You don't even need... Wiper blades for a car I don't own and plumbing parts I don't need, used, dirty clothes B.S. items, they say they put special prizes in the boxes and that somebody wants a TV but I think it's a scam if you ask me ??... Do not buy these mystery boxes I promise you will be disappointed !!!

  Hibid will not respond to my inquiries about being scammed by "The Expediter LLC."
  Auctioneer in Bellingham, Wa. They sold me fictional merchandise and then threatened myself and my family when I questioned them about shipping my items. Still. HIBID has not responded. Not the proper way to conduct business.
  
  Beware of "The Expediter LLC" and watch your back if you join auctions on HIBID...

  Total criminals. Unprofessional and rude. This company is horrific. Do not use their platform to buy or sell. Buyers have no visibility to a rating system that is completely erroneous. The support staff doesn’t answer their phones, attempts to charge $2/minute for support, and are completely rude. They are happy to cut you off, loudly speak over you, have no mangers to escalate issues to and it’s a complete mess. Stay far away from them. A rude agent previously corrected an issue after much discussion, and today an agent told me that experience never happens and was a complete B. Totally deserve to be out of business. This is not a 3rd world country and we should not allow companies to provide 3rd world service. We should boycott companies like this, as using them perpetuates incompetence and poor service.

  This was excellently done. Shipping was super easy and was not quite as expensive as I was fearing and the process was very easy to navigate. Great job! The staff were really nice to deal with.
