    don't normally have trouble but the last few auctions had some connectivity problems. They resolved on their own pretty quickly but it's a little stressful when it happens.

    Also there are times I want to go back and look at something in a past auction but can only seem to do that if it was an auction that I had a bid in. No access to ones I didn't have bids in.

    Allow fake jewelry to be sold. I bought fake off their site and they sided with the auctioneer who scammed me. Jeff Robinson Auctions and Estate Sales from the St Louis area

    I’m interested as to why you shutdown the app.
    I think making the watch page, search and view items page adjustable to 10-20 items per page it would handle the issues I was seeing. Short of that it was working very well.

    I bis on 3 items and was following the watch list closely, at least 15 hrs in advance. As the auction was closing, someone came in out of the blue and "snatched" 2 of these items. I fought to outbid on q but had no chance on trying for 1 orvw of the others.

    How do other buyers handle this?

    Not great, the picture advertised on one item made it seem like u were getting 6 when u only get 3. When I picked up the items one was wrong.

    The online bidding was great. Easily navigated to my saved items. Dismissed items I didn’t want to bid on. Was very simple to know exactly what I was bidding on and how much.

    The negative reviews that I read are pointless!!! Individuals are complaining about misrepresented items which is the auctioneers fault and has nothing to do with the HIBid auction website and process. If a chef burns my pancakes, I blame the chef…not the griddle manufacturer.

    I have a excellent experience Only had an issue with 1 auction house EJ's they need work on communication and everyone else has been fantastic
