I had a terrible experience with FNBO recently. I paid Expedia for services not provided. I disputed charges and was giving credit. But then bank had a nerve to charge me again for services I paid and was not provided . I called 3 times. Last one was a man who absolutely was agree with my situation but said they couldn't do anything. Before that I was simply disconnected. Most important first time I called- very rude women just told me several times you have to resolve your issue on your own and eventually hanged up on me. Wow! That's not the way to treat your customers. First you charged my credit card for services I paid to scam company Expedia then you hang up on me refusing to resolve the issue. I've been with this bank for many years Looking forward to close all my accounts with them Chase treating their customers much better...

I have their MGM world MasterCard credit card and randomly they will hold payments for 2 weeks before releasing credit. The money comes out of my bank the day I make the electronic transfer. FNBO can’t tell me why this occurs only that it is at their discretion. Told me that if I don’t like it, I should take my credit card business someplace else. I put $80k worth of charges on this card last year but I guess my business is not important to them. Avoid FNBO as they seem to run their business with contempt for the customer.

Terrible service on this MasterCard. I applied for this to get the Amtrak rewards but it's been a nightmare. They took more out of my checking account than the balance due this month. I asked about this on two different occasions. The first person said that it is a mistake and she will "look into it," but I never heard anything back. The second person said that it's normal to do that, I told him the last person said otherwise, he insisted that I never spoke with anyone else. Also, the website won't show the credit and that I overpaid, but it was confirmed by calling.
Avoid this CC, not worth the hassle of calling several times, waiting on hold and being told that I'm wrong.

A zero interest credit card for one year turned out to for three months.
Called them only for them to only on balance transfers.
Next call the manager said there was no such card.
I sent the full payment to them, the money came out
of my account but did not post to the credit card for TWO
      WEEKS.
Worst credit card I have had in forty years of credit cards.
They are a complete scam how they are allowed to get away
      with this is disgusting.
It is not loosing a couple hundred dollars that is maddening it is the lying.

WORST CREDIT CARD COMPANY EVERRRRRR!!!! They lowered my limit on one card and 2 months later lowered my limit on the other card to the point where my credit score took a dive. What's crazy is while they were lowering my limits my other credit card limits were increased. My score was better when they lowered my limits than it was when I got the cards. THEY MESS UP PEOPLE CREDIT SCORES! I am in the middle of buying a home and they took my limit down to $*** availability. I was NEVER late with a payment and I paid more than the minimum amount. TERRIBLE COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!

I would never again choose this company for a business account! We are a small, woman-owned business and have used FNBO for 6 years. When my business partner’s debit card expired in October she had to wait 6 weeks for a replacement. We assumed it was a fluke. It was not. Mine expired in February. Today is the last day of March and I have spent hours trying to get a new card. I’ve gone to the local branches to talk to people in person. I’ve talked to both Peter and Kevin in customer service. Each time I’m told the card will be issued and mailed out the following day. I live 3 ½ hours from their corporate office where they claim the cards are processed. Every time the “reason” it doesn’t reach me is different. Generally the excuse is about the address or the post office, even though we regularly receive bank statements and they verify our address with each communication. In my last exchange I said I needed it overnighted to me. (For reference, that was on a Tuesday. Today is Friday. No card.) They wouldn’t do that via USPS. Only FedEx. They wouldn’t give me a tracking number. I asked for them to email it to me once they had it. They wouldn’t do that. He said he would call me the next day with the tracking number. He called me two days later and left a message for me to call him back (no tracking number). Then I got his voicemail. Haven’t heard back.
The only conclusion I can come to is that FNBO is having some sort of problem with their debit cards (or with their bank as an organization) and they aren't able to get them but are not allowed to tell the customer. Do not trust this bank! I don't know why I do not have access to my money via my debit card. I can't imagine how FNBO believes I will keep my money in their institution if I cannot access it as I need to.
All this energy and frustration over something as simple as replacing an expired debit card.

Horrible. Highly recommend to AVOID this bank at all costs.
No regard for the promotions they offer for their customers. Applied for a credit card with a specific promotion within their partner companies MGM. The partner company confirmed that was the correct promotion and to contact FNBO to sort out the issue to determine why it was not applied correctly. The bank is refusing to sort it out and saying it wasn’t applied correctly so they cannot help me out.
The agent at FNBO looked up the promotion to ensure it was with MGM. However, I was told no there is no way to apply it to my account. It’s awesome to get a bait and switch.
Apply for a credit card under the impression I am getting a specific bonus only to be given something completely different.
It’s amazing they can advertise a promotion and then the statement showed up with that bonus offered missing!
This bank completely ripped me off. Wasting my credit score and having no problem with a bait and switch. Zero remorse for their actions. Just blame the customer.
I only wish there was a different bank that was partnered with this credit card so I could terminate any existence with FNBO.
What a shame a company can be so corrupt. Just makes no sense that the partner company says that is the promotion being offered and it’s on your account so you’re good to go but then FNBO decided they can do something different entirely. Really cool! Really glad to be apart of a bait and switch scam!
