Worst company ever! Never had customer service agents be so rude on the phone. They have no ability to hep the customer. They just repeat the same thing over and over again. Was escalated twice and each person was less help
Company is holding my money hostage and will not release the funds to my credit card even though it was debited from my Bank Account 3 business days ago.
It's a shame that so many people have come here to write a bad review. Worst Customer Service I have ever had!!!!First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Scott, we're sorry to hear that the service you received did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. In some situations, we may place a hold on the availability of funds from a payment until we are able to determine that it is unlikely to be returned for insufficient funds, invalid account number, or other reasons that your bank may provide. It can take up to 10 business days for a financial institution to make us aware of an issue with a payment. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any other questions or concerns, you can always give us a call at 888-530-3626 and our Specialists will be happy to help.Review fromLex S

I've had my card less than a month and the company is already not honoring options that I'm supposed to have with this card. It says everywhere on my paperwork and initial application that balance transfers are an option with the card but it won't allow me to make one. There is not a representative or supervisor with any authority to change anything. I've never felt so mislead with any of my cards. I will be closing this account by the end of the week and sticking with Chase and Capital one, they know what customer service is.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Worst bank I've ever dealt with, employees are inept at every level, can't get deposits right, can't get debit cards ordered to the proper accounts, and don't you dare have multiple accounts with them because they'll definitely screw that up too.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

I’ve banked here for a long time but what I’ve found recently is that they don’t offer competitive rates. This is true across home loans, personal loans and even with the account types they offer. I was in a branch today and they wouldn’t even give me the rate on an HY account as I’m an existing customer and not a new customer. Seems like any business should focus on providing the best they can offer to their loyal clients. May consider moving all 4 accounts I have with them even considering the hassle. Disappointing to say the least.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Something fishy is going on with their system and it appears they have manipulated it to not take payments so you will pay interest. If this has happened to me twice with FNBO, but never before in the 15 years I’ve had a BP card with the other providers. Also, not remembering more than on account online for payment is very suspicious as well.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Andrew, we appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. When making payments online or via the mobile app, you will need to click the 'Submit', which will show you the payment information and prompt you to press 'Confirm'. If the payment is not confirmed, it will not post to the account. Please keep in mind, a payment scheduled before 5 PM CST on a business day will post the same day it is scheduled. A payment scheduled after 5 PM CST, but before the 11:59 PM CST cut-off time, or on a non-business day such as a weekend or Federal Holiday, will post to the account the first business day following and will be back-dated to when it was originally scheduled. If you have any other questions or concerns, you can always give us a call at 888-530-3626 and our Specialists will be happy to help.Review fromBobby T

To start with, the customer relations representatives are rude. FNBO automatically lowers your posted usable limits without informing you in advance which left me on vacation without the funds I assumed I had. When asked why they did this without any missed payments their reply was because of information gathered at the credit bureau. I do have disputed claims at the credit bureau but that should not effect my card until they are resolved. I will be paying off my card and then cutting it up and going with another Credit card company for my larger purchases and vacation trips. Why they cant pick up a phone or send an email to notify a customer of an issue is beyond me. Oh , but the representative did make sure and let me know several times that my payment due on the 8th of the month wasn't paid until the 9th which is a breach of contract in her opinion. Totally disgusted.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD THROUGH THIS BANK!!! Terrible bank to do business with. My wife got scammed and they wouldn't remove the fraudulent charge. Operator on the phone even agreed with me, but stated there was nothing they could do. Told them to cancel both of the cards Inhad through them and they didn't even bat a eye. They lost $100's of business from me for $150 scam charge. How can you stay in business??? STAY CLEAR OF THIS BANK!!!!First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

FNBO has a Scheels store credit card where their payment site doesn't work. They make it difficult to make a payment in the hopes of scoring some late fees. Crappy business. Paying this card off so I can get rid of it.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Every time you make a payment online, they ask for payment source, instead of like everyone else have it static. So if you miss a number, they charge you $35. That is 100% free money for them, as the bank that refused the payment does not charge them anything. FNBO has it that way so you may make a possible mistake and rip you off.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Paul, we are sorry to hear that our services do not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention. When making payments online, the most recently used payment information will be saved to your Online Banking profile. The only time payment information is removed is if a payment using a new routing and account number posts to your account, or you have contacted us to request that the saved information be deleted, which is usually the result of a returned payment. Per the terms of the cardmember agreement, if a payment is returned, the account may be subject to a returned check, or payment dishonor, fee. If you have any other questions or concerns, you can always give us a call at 888-530-3626 and our Specialists will be happy to help.Review fromMARIETA D
