(144th and FNB Parkway) I have been a customer for well over 15 years. I went in today to open a new savings account and deposit a check of over $80,000.00. Had to stand in line because they did not have enough tellers to help the three people in line. They did have time for the sun-baked, older female employee to stand in the lobby and tell two ladies how she had just been to Mexico though. By the time I get to the counter, I am told that they won't open any accounts because, "we close in four minutes." What a piss poor example of customer service. Not only that but there was another employee standing behind her watching the exchange(I am assuming some type of employee trainer). Had I not had to stand in line, there would have had time to open my new account. I was told earlier that it takes 10 minutes to open an account. I was there with enough time to do so. I wasn't told that be a half hour early to open an account so the employees do not blow you off because they are lazy. This check and my existing account will be going to your competitor. Can't wait for the canned response below.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

We’ve been FNBO customers for over 15 years - Checking, Money Market, Loans, Debt Card, Credit Card. This FNBO Visa Card, customer service is giving the FNBO brand a bad name. It’s embarrassing. Looking for a new bank relationship.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

I have had this card for awhile and up until yesterday I had no problems logging in now I cannot log in keeps saying sign in failed. I tried three times to call customer service and all I got was the royal run around telling me its fixed when its not fixed on line. I am more aggravated then I was yesterday. I was not told of this breach before yesterday had to find it out through searching on here. I changed my password and it still refuses to sign me in.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

This bank has terrible customer service. If you need your money on your card within 10 days - do not trust them to fund it, even if it’s posted and cleared from your funding banks account. They do not want to help speed your process up and will not call your funding bank to make sure the funds cleared They state their policy is to choose to sit the longest time they can (10
Days) before they post your available funds. Only ended up with this bank because they bought my Amtrak card off Bank of America. Would never work with them in any other circumstance. I would suggest you don’t waste your time or energy either. Wait times are abhorrent. Staff are less than helpful. Zero customer service.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Not good. Keeps you on hold. Changing time for waiting every few minutes. Irritating. I just said to myself I give up trying to pay the bill. This bank needs a better system for on line payments.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

My cedit card closed due to inactivity, I had just taken a break from credit cards. I tried to re-activate it as I thought it was just this past Jan but was 2024. In the meantime I made a hotel reservation thru MGM and when confirming it brought up this their credit card offer so went ahead and applied. I have ALWAYS been approved instantly for my 800+ credit score.. but this time it said I would receive a letter in 10 to 14 business days..I just figured its the new way of doing things as I hadnt applied for a new card in a couple years. Got the wonderful(NOT) letter yesterday and was shocked not only on the info they wanted me to provide(like I was applying for a home loan) but the only way they would except it was thru postal mail.. wait what??!!!. I got anxiety even thinking of mailing a copy of my DL SS card and 2 years od W2's So I called today the c/s rep was very nice and totally understood my concern of that piece of mail getting in the wrong hands, He trasferred me to credit services. This gentlmen did NOT care of my fear of possible identify theft with all that info being mailed, and said they will not accept it any other way or will review any futher without it.. again in shock. Way to treat a former customer. Reading other reviews sounds like they are not wanting to part with the MGM bonus points that go with this offer as who in their right mind would send all this very private info thru mail. Obviously they dont care about peoples security or possible identy theft or my feelings of the safety of it. Bad Bad!!!!!!!First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Shopping online at Scheels - they offer a Scheels Visa (from FNBO) and get a $75 e-gift card upon instant approval. I have a 850 credit score, paid mortgage, only $1500 credit card debt (paid in full every month) and a car lease of $425/month with a balance of a little of $7K. I always get instant approval, but with FNBO it was sent for manual approval. I thought it was bait and switch but when I contacted Scheels they told me I would get the $75 e-gift card once approved. After waiting a couple of weeks, I received a letter telling me I needed to send them 1. copy of my drivers license, 2. SIGNED copy of my SOCIAL SECURITY CARD and last 2 years TAX RETURNS or W-2's. And if they do not get within 20 days, they will not be able to approve my application. I HAVE NEVER received any letter asking for all these items and with all the fraud out there WHY WOULD I EVER SEND THEM THESE ITEMS. SHAME ON THEM - BEWARE AS THEY PUT AN INQUIRY ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT WHICH I NOW HAVE TO LIVE WITH AND SCORE GOES DOWN AND THEY MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THE CREDIT CARD. LISTEN I DONT NEED THE CREDIT CARD BUT THE OFFER OF $75 WAS ENTICING TO APPLY. WHICH I BELEIVE IS BAIT AND SWITCH!First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

Will not do business with FNBO again. Trying to cancel card. Automated phone option gets to end and says there was trouble updating your account. Called, on hold currently for 34 minutes. Elevator music is overlayed with loud scratching/brushing noise (undoubtedly to get customers to hang up, unable to endure). Unacceptable. Even post COVID.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

I was switched from a gas only card to this visa card. They charged me a $40 late fee when bill was postmarked in date but received late. Then started charging a $1.99 paper fee but wouldn't let me switch to paperless via phone or internet. Increased rate to 33% interest on charges from point of purchase. I called to cancel my card and told them all this and they entered "multiple cards, no longer needs" as my reason for canceling.First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)

I cancelled my card and now I'm getting an email telling me I am about to be billed $1.99 for a paper bill. That means calling your company and waiting 30 minites to fix a problem that shouldn't exist. I may have to contact NC AG Jeff J******. This is ridiculous.Review fromMonica H

I was robbed by your bank! My concerns were not taken seriously until October of 24' this was an on going issue since Jan.23' I notified you all in plenty of time to do something about it.. you brushed me off and told me to take it up with the bank my money was deposited in!! I called your fraud department 8times. Your fraud department is a joke, lazy, and inefficient!! I feel one of your employees stole my money and feel completely dis-valued as a paying customer..First National Bank of Omaha (FNBO)
