I have been paying my bill every month. There were a few months I didn't pay the full amount, but always paid something. The issue I have with this bank is they are calling me non stop several times a day at all hours of the day to collect less than $100. They also call from multiple different states with different numbers. Most of the numbers come up as Scam Likely on my phone, but the voicemail is always from FNBO. They need to stop calling me and harassing me. I know how much I owe and don't want these sneaky, scam numbers hounding me. How is this a legal business practice?

Completely incompetent! Extremely poor customer service. They get enjoyment out of telling people no or we can't help you there's nothing we can do.

I reported my card lost a week ago, with no update, no replacement card. ALL of their customer assistance numbers do not answer. Amateurish at best.

I've asked the bank several times to stop asking if I want to go paperless when I login to their app and yet again I'm bombarded with the message to switch to paperless. I can't understand why there's no permanent NO TO PAPERLESS option.

Seriously DO NOT GET A CREDIT CARD FROM THIS BANK. They will flagrantly and blatantly damage your credit score as they did me. Odd that a customer who pays on time every time and maintained the recommended 30% or under use of the card has them just come along and yank all available credit for no reason leaving me with a card that had a 99% utilization rate which caused significant damage to my credit score which this crooked bank then tried to use to jack up my rates. YOU DID THE DAMAGE! So I paid off the entire balance the next day and chopped that card into the trash can. I will NEVER do business with this bank ever again and I will let every person I know that they should avoid them like the plague. Unless you want your credit intentionally damaged avoid FBNO at all costs.

The worst bank ever worked with and have worked with many - the top 7 at least, and others. This is for the credit card department, but based on this experience I would not recommend for anyone to ever bank here.
They did not go through with my fraud investigation after they said they would as the second rep weeks later is now saying this, because the charges were showing up as pending. The bank never called me. I had to call them. They never put a fraud alert on charges that were upwards of 800 dollars that other banks would have flagged as a fraud alert, as my previous banks did do this.
I did my own "investigations"/inquiries with the stores as well where the person committed fraud with my card.
They put you on hold for awhile, I gave feedback of the same to the rep in case it was a recorded line and she did not have a response.
They also never told me they open up another card automatically to transfer the balance when I reported fraud and closed out my account. I had to ask about this.
      No.Thank.You.Ever.

Offered me a 4.99% promo for life. Took advantage of the promo. Then they sent me a 0% promo for a year. I also took advantage of that and made sure to pay it in full before it ended. They applied the payment to the 4.99% promo and kept charging me interest on the 25% promo that had ended. This is a huge scam. Avoid them and of course calling and speaking to anyone there will be a huge waste of time. Jen the manager I spoke to was less than helpful. These types of bank scams need to be stopped. They know that by offering a 0% promo when you have a low interest promo will always get you unless you pay the entire balance off in full. They also conveniently raised my APR before the 0% promo ended. Again, just another dishonest bank out to scam people instead of offer customer service and loyalty. You would have made more in the long run but I hope the short period you scammed me was worth the business: shame on FNBO

I am frustrated and disappointed in this bank.
I have numerous times reached out to several departments regarding information and past statements regarding my deceased mother.
They assured me someone would reach out to me, a manager and that has yet to happen. I followed all the proper channels and protocol regarding this matter and they will not contact my family.
