  Pro market connections contacted me to sell my airplane. The salesman said he had several customers ready to buy an airplane like mine. He would up it up for auction and should have a buyer quickly. It would only cost $****. A week and a half later I was told the buyers had finance issues in the US finance system and I needed to pay an extra $**** to to get it on the international auction which had looser finance rules. He was able to get me a discount if I acted right away to only pay $****. I never saw anyone ever bid on my airplane and never saw an international auction set up This is a total scam company.. The representative never contacted me again after I paid the second payment. I was in ***** a couple of weeks later and went to the business. I was told the salesman was let go and the owner would personally take care of my sale. He put it on the website a couple of time and while he said there was a lot of interest in my plane, there was never a bid put in. I have recently sold the airplane via another service and have left messages for the owner several times to let him know the airplane was sold and he needed to take the airplane off their website. He has never contacted me back and my plane is still on their website. This company is a ********************* and need to be shut down.

  We are an online marketing and advertising company that specializes in posting online ads for vehicles of private sellers. This includes posting multiple listings on numerous premium and affiliate websites as well as running and managing various online auction platforms. Our services are similar to putting an ad in the classified ads of the newspaper years ago but instead of a paper we use the internet and take full advantage of everything the internet has to offer, i.e. multiple photos, videos etc. Mr. ***** was charged an initial fee for his registration that included our network of classifieds along with our custom video. On June 8th we receached out to Mr. ***** to provide and update and also to let him know about our new contract with our international auction network. Mr ***** was very interested and he paid an additional fee to get his listing moved over. Mr. ***** did pop up at our business and speak directly with the owner who in return did pay the upfront cost several times to get his airplane listed on our **** Auction network. Throughout the all communication with Mr. ***** he did mention dissatisfaction with our services and we went above and beyond to remedy any complaints from the customer. With this being said we are not unreasonable people. We understand that times get tough and expectations were higher then what was expected. Mr. ***** did reach out to the owner and stated that he did sale the air craft and to get it removed from all sites. Since that phone call was made we have submitted requests to all sites to have the listing removed.
