I will never use this company again. I have been with them for many years but after the last service which took over 4 months to complete and all got returned I am done.
Also contacting ****** about the terrible delivery service they have with NFM and filing a complaint with the BBB about ridiculous procedures they do not aware customers of.Nebraska Furniture Mart

Deceptive practices that borderline fraud. Price match is a fraud. The listed exclusions on their website is not all inclusive. When you contact them, they manufacture additional exclusions to avoid matching the competitors price. ****. Another deceived customer that will never shop there again. Bought a dishwasher less than a year ago and it's broken twice. I called to get it replaced and they won't do that. I had to call the manufacturer for them to have me call Nebraska furniture again to set a time to come out. I was told they can come out the next day when that was false. The earliest they can come out is end of the week and they gave me a 6 hour time frame. So now I am having to take a day off of work to sit around and wait for someone to replace the same part that's broken twice. I have a warranty on it but that seems to not work. Nebraska furniture basically just sells the product and doesn't care what happens after that. Their customer service is not up to par with the amount of money people spend there.Nebraska Furniture Mart

Hello Michael, we apologize for the issues that have occurred with your dishwasher. We understand this situation is not ideal especially with missing work. As you stated NFM is the retailer, so if there are any issues within the first 30 days then we would love to assist. After the 30 days it would be a manufacturer issue, and you do need to work with them as NFM does not have appliance service techs. After the first year or depending on the issue then it would go to extended plan. The most we could do is ask the manufacturer or extended plan what the situation is and what they are doing to resolve it. Nebraska Furniture Mart Online Payment system is a predatory lending program. No where is it stated that online payments made through the webportal will not go towards the correct item. If you have ordered several items over different times you can not chose which one to pay. You also do not know which bought item is accruing interest. They also will tell you that you have interest free payments but then not put the interest free payments on your account. Charging you interest anyway. The 24 month no financing is a lie. You will be then charged with interest with no way of understanding where the interest is coming. They just state item 1. You can also only pay for the first item in the que. I was charged interest on a item that I was told had 24 month free interest. I was using an auto pay system. Since I was being charged interest on an item I was told free financing. This system racked up interest. When I called about it they said it was to late and that I should have told them about it sooner. I am still with in the 24 month interest free financing. Because the first Item in my que was accruing interest I was not able to pay off the other items in my cart. So then more items started getting interest. There is nothing anywhere on any of their information that states that making payments through their webportal will not pay off the correct items. Very predatory. This makes racking up interest easy and hard to pay off. This is a common thing. The chashier to make payments said that this happens all the time. CAN WE SAY PREDETORY LENDER!!!!!! When applying for a NFM card and not a loan, you are provided a credit agreement that details how your payments are applied. If you do not have an active copy, we also put it on our website under credit service so all customers can have access at any time, *************************************************************** ************r. Another great spot for you to check out is our general FAQs where we again detail how your payments will be applied, *************************************. You should also get a detailed monthly statement that shows what groups are being assessed interest or when they will be assessed interest. Signing up for online bill pay is miss leading. You say subject to interest. It's not interest bearing. This is confusing and miss leading. The tellers at the store says this happens all the time when people only use online bill payments. You should make all forms of payment equal. You should not have to chose different forms of payment to pay off the bill correctly. Your bill is not in common language. I had no idea I was being charged. NFM knew they did not apply my 24 month financing and will not honor it because I did not understand their loan terminology. I got caught in ther automatic bill payments. If they would have set up the 24 month financing correctly this would not have been an issue. Their problem was forced on me. They messed up and charged me for it and say it's because I didn't read the bill correctly. I say they set up a system that does not allow you to pay the bill correctly. This is predatory. Worst customer service , I got broken glass table , hurt myself,have very young kid and they won't take it return for ten days. It's so heavy that I can't even move it alone, safely. I already got cut and worried about my younger one. Worst part was there was a absolutely zero sympathy from customer service person. No courtesy or ear to hear the issue. When I asked who is responsible if my kid gets hurt and there was absolute silence on the other end. �I am not sure who else to contact regarding your customer service and *********.
We filed a claim in July, ********* has been here three times, and we still have a broken recliner, one that stays in the reclining position. I can't tell you how many times I have called ********* and how many hours I have wasted on hold. I have called Nebraska Furniture five times and nothing.
The latest episode today takes the cake. The young man informed us that NFM sent the wrong part. I told him he was the one who was here and sent the part numbers in. He refused to give my husband his name and insinuated that someone else had worked on the chair since he was last here. No one has touched this chair but him. He sped off, ran our stop sign trying to keep my husband from taking a photo of his car.
I cannot believe that we have been without this chair five months and no one seems to care. I just spoke to the Omaha Nebraska office and was to be called back and here we sit.
When we purchased these two recliners, we paid for an extended warranty to no avail. First trip out it was a switch. Received the switch, then he says no, we needed the motor. So why didn't he know that from the first time he was out? Third time, it's the wrong part.
I realize I'm a small "fish" to this company. As large as you are and as much business as you do, I cannot believe that you have made no effort to make this right.

Nebraska Furniture Mart is a **PREDATORY LENDER, details below.
I was recently interpreting for a person who owed on an account with NFM. This person received a letter informing them that their account was delenquent and was to be accelerated on December 4, 2022.
We called together as this person needs help with translation. The letter gave us an extension to our "Collections Representative," Carlotta *******, who not only did not allow for this person to use a translator, but demanded that this person pay the accelerated amound, well before the account was accelerated. To give some perspective, the actual amount owed was around $660, and Carlotta demanded about $987, which was not to be owed until December 4.
After about two weeks of conversations during which Carlotta berrated this person due to the fact that their English is not strong, this person had the courage to use the word "lawyer," referring to the letter that said something contrary to what Carlotta was demanding. At this point, she immediately transferred us to a manager who took this person's payment in full of the lower amount.
I am absolutely disgusted by NFM's predatory behavior, especially considering this person barely speaks English, refusing an interpreter when another call to the collections department confirmed we are allowed to use one. We have recordings of the conversations.Nebraska Furniture Mart

I had do much problem with NFM ,,,
1, first problem.
very bad experience with the sale person ( Kaitlyn M.) at NFM at **** Nebraska Furniture Mart Dr, The Colony, TX 75056, I bought a set of dinning set $1644.00 on 8/4/2022 order # ******** and she said will be available around 10/04/2022 , I have call her couple weeks before the due date to check the status and left her voicemail to call me back for the status but she never called, the due date gone by and still doesn't know where's my product, I call her again to ask her to call me back with the status but she did not call again!!!
I end up to cancel my order and they charge me a $50 said it was a promotion at the time purchase!!!
2, second problem
After call cancel my order with customer service manager (Her name is Star) on 10/6/2022 , she told me that will refund a check in couple days , I wait for 15 days still did not get the check and called back on 10/21/2023 and customer service told me that the check sent out on 10/20/2022 , why they have to hold the return for that long ??? Don't want to return my money ???
This is clearly that not only the sales doesn't care the customer but the customer services doesn't care the customer as well !!!
