      Customer service !!! Issues???. On the 27th of September , went to take a computer Router back for return n credited off my account. While waiting , what happened next was Ridiculously uncalled for . I have a big "account"with these guy's , but didn't Mean anything to them as a buying/ value customer. The service tech n customer rep. Came out very rude !!! With a racist Attitude behind it ; funny thing about it They couldn't see it??!. Had it to look as If I as high account own black person Was trying to something for free.. And that's far from the case . Was just trying to return it. Reported it to customer service in Nebraska headquarters n the sad thing about it , they said they blew it off as if the usual racial rant .it was a small thing what they did but they didn't realize it ; but as a high buying account holder we got it. Nothing has been done about customer Training at that store as it was said to me they closed rank n hope it gets quiet..

      I made a purchase for a new bed in April of 2022 using the no interest 36 month program. My minimum payment was to be 38.89 but they charged me 56.00. I spoke to the billing department and the representative said the minimum payment of 56.00 dollars was correct. If you offer your customers 36 month interest free but charge them over the minimum amount due it looks like fraud to me or you are trying to get more money out from your customer and not honoring 36 month interest free program. Finally when the mattress was being delivered and I acknowledged the delivery person and he acknowledged me but still delivered the mattress to the building next door-that was careless. I'm on disability and I don't want to get covid let alone have someone else's germs on my brand new bed. I asked him why you delivered the bed to the next door building he said he got confused. But he acknowledged me at the building where I was at.

Per our card terms and agreements minimum monthly payments are calculated at 4% of the complete account balance or $15 whatever one is greater. The 4% is set in place, because purchases can be made with different promotions. We are eliminating the need to pay on each promotion and allowing a simple 4% minimum payment that is applied to the account balance. This minimum payment will go down as the balance is paid off.       I had my delivery window scheduled from 8am to 10am. The delivery showed up at 6am and I wasn't there so they were rescheduling me for another day. I went ahead and canceled my order but they refunded me my money - $230 for some reason

      If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My husband and I ordered a bedroom set on Dec. 5, 2021 and we were told the expected delivery date was February. February turned into March, March into April, April into May, May into June, June into July... I finally got the call on July 2, and I set up delivery for July 14, 2022. My nightstands weren't in, so I set up a delivery date of Aug. 2 for them.

      I received my confirmation for delivery on July 13. I took off July 14 to be home for the delivery, but instead I got a call that morning that they didn't have any king size rails in stock, so they would have to reschedule the delivery. Did they not know this when they confirmed the delivery!? **** poor planning on their part.

      My husband wanted to cancel the order after that, but I told him that we've waited this long, and it won't hurt us to wait a little longer.

      Fast forward to the nightstands. I got two confirmations; one on July 30 and another one on July 31. I also received a confirmation at 11:01 a.m. on Aug. 2 (the delivery date) saying my order would be delivered between 3 - 5 p.m. 40 mins later, I get two phone calls that I missed. No one bothered to leave a voicemail. When I saw the missed calls, I called back and was told that they misloaded the truck and my items were not on it, so they would have to reschedule the delivery. Mind you, this is the SECOND time I've missed work for a delivery that was cancelled on the same day.

      My husband left work and drove to The Colony and had a heated, lengthy chat with John, the manager on duty. All John could offer us was two gift cards totaling $375 in store credit for our inconvenience. John also told my husband that this was not NFM's fault. Then whose is it, John?

      This was the straw that broke the camel's back. Before he left, I called and told him to cancel the order. The one I've been waiting on for 8 months. I refuse to give my business to a mismanaged, incompetent store like NFM.
