    Sedgwick cares! What a joke. I got injured at work the examiner has contacted twice. Her manager never responded to my email. The examiner has lied about sending my provider requests for paperwork. Because I have not gotten paid for my injury I couldn't go back to work when released on light duty I was terminated. And when she found out I was terminated he closed my case.

    They're handling a property damage claim where during ****** fiber install and burying of the line, their contractor *****, cut multiple sprinkler zone wires. This nearly burned up half my yard and I had to repair it myself to prevent losing my yard, which the repairs were $586.96. It is impossible to get anyone at **** which is aware of the process or handling, or even get in touch with their Risk team. These numbers have now changed and I cannot get in touch with anyone at **** to escalate. It has been over 4 months and all I get is the runaround by the Sedgwick claims associate when I do get a response, but lately I cannot get any response. They are supposed to be following up with *****, but Sedgwick/***** needs to reimburse me for the repairs as Sedgwick said they would do in our initial conversation, and in case they had no response from the contractor. I would even be okay with **** giving me a credit on my account for the $586.96, but it is impossible to get in contact with someone that can help. This is unprofessional and I need to be reimbursed for the damages they caused. ****, Sedgwick and ***** need to be held accountable for their improperly trained and careless installers. This is horrible service...

    In most cases reviews for a company *********************** people only complain about stuff gone wrong. That is not the case with this company, and there's nothing you can do about it, you do not choose who handles a companies claims. I had a simple claim, ********* employee busted a china cabinet shelf and some pieces of china, and Its been a year and I still cant get in touch with anyone. I have left over 50 voicemails for the adjuster and 0 call backs. Also there phone system is very low and has a lot of static on no matter what phone I call on. This companies owners should be in jail it is inane how crazy this is.

    I am currently on pregnancy disability and this company has caused me massive stress and I have not been able to enjoy time with my newborn because of the time on the phone each week, chasing down paperwork (which is their job!!), and constantly chasing down my claims person. They purposely do not give you their phone number or last name so it is impossible to contact them. They have to contact you. My doctors have written me off work and the state approved my disability, but Sedgwick thinks they know better. I understand now that the US is not as progressive with pregnancies, time-off and ease of execution. The first claims adjuster told me before I even submitted my paperwork that it would get denied, which speaks volumes to the company; it doesn't matter, they have already decided. I am up late at night and highly stressed due to this company. They need to be more empathetic to the employees of the companies they are supporting.

    Was in a car accident, person driving a ****** hit me and was at fault. Car was not practically drivable, and because I don't have collision, needed to deal with ******'s insurance, Sedgwick. I went to an auto body but they said they could not work on it until the responsible insurance company approves it.

    I have made hundreds of calls to Sedgwick, and got through maybe 3 of those times. Not that they're busy, just that I keep getting their voicemails. The process has been moving so slowly that its been about 4 weeks and I haven't been able to get my car repaired. Racking up thousands of dollars in rental car fees - that I'm praying Sedgwick will pay for, or I'm suing.

    David ****** and his supervisor, Kristin ************ are the only contacts that I've been given to work with, and while they are pleasant, they are largely absent. They don't pick up their phones, don't give an explanation why they're gone (voicemail says they're in office), and seem to just not care about the urgency of the situation. This company feels like it doesn't exist, and certainly shouldn't exist.

    No communication. Won't return calls or emails. Leave you in the dark throughout the claim process. I was told it would be "a couple of days" until everything was done. Its been over two weeks and I haven't heard a single word from anyone. We are now going toward 3 months and nothing has been done. I sent several emails and made several phone calls only to be ignored. The one time I did get to speak to someone, he made it blatantly obvious he was trying to end the conversation as quickly as possible and he lied to me about expectations just to get me off the phone. If a pile of hot, wet, garbage made an insurance business, I imagine this is how it would run. They don't even deserve the one star they are getting. 0/5

    This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. After 2 months of silence I get a response denying to pay for my claim. The rep highlighted a paragraph from the insurance agreement that had zero to do with my case. It was almost like they were replying to me about someone else's case. I never heard from them again. That was 4 months ago. No Calls and not one email.

    Sedgwick for **** is horrible! First **** dug two large holes in my backyard, service not even for our residence, and took over a two months to get **** wire department to even fix the holes. When they did fill the holes they left portion sunken in and broke my sprinkler system. When I filed a complaint the Sedgwick claim was created. Sedgwick adjuster never contacted me in regards to status or anything after I submitted photos and estimation to have sprinkler repaired. I had to contact Office of the President to get in contact with my adjuster, Brady ********. He never called me back and wouldn't email me. And finally after weeks of hearing nothing I had to contact Office of the President again and was informed Sedgwick forwarded back the information to the construction company blaming them. When I called ************************** they stated they never received anything from Sedgwick. I called the number Hatch Construction gave me for Sedgwick since Brady ******** does not respond to any form of communication. And I cannot get in contact with a human being so I left a voicemail. I doubt I'll get someone to call me back. Now I have a sprinkler system that no longer works and have to pay out of my own pocket for damage I did not do. Sedgwick is the worst company ever at taking responsibility and paying for what their company **** did. Word of advice do not let **** ever dig in your yard if the service isn't for you!!! I will NEVER give them permission again this has been a nightmare since end of May 2022.

    Sedgwick is terrible I've been out of work for a month and a half and Sedgwick denied my claim for no reason after I did everything they had asked . Claims examiner "tara " claim she didn't get my paperwork in the mall even though I know I sent it off . She tried to send me a fake email from the hospital she had me go to . I got an updated workers slip and the doctor clearly said that I'm unable to work because of my injury . I've been to the doctor multiple times but my claim has been denied and no one answers when I call or email . I haven't been paid and I have a son to take care of this is ridiculous. !!!! Something needs to be done !

    Everything that I've heard people write about sedgwick is true. I'm just another victim of their unprofessional misconduct. I'm waiting on a spine surgery and everything the surgeon sent to them about my condition was not good enough and in the end after they realized this could be workers comp. sent a letter to the surgeon detailing exactly what they needed. They could have done that in the very beginning but in the meantime it took a month to be approved. This has caused great hardship.mentally financially.and physically because instead of preparing for this surgery and then healing my blood pressure has been sky high worrying about how I was going to pay bills and eat. Sedgwick is the worst hands down.
