    I am days away from giving birth and put in a claim with sedgwick back in August for my short term disability. State law states pregnancy leave can be taken at 36wks. I have been having work limitations that unfortunately keep me from doing my job duties. I have had my dr write multiple letters regarding my limitations and backing me up in my leave. Sedgwick has been asking for medical reasons behind my leave and every letter I submitted they would not accept it and tell me i have provided insufficient information when I have given them what they are asking for. Now I sent a detailed message from about my limitations and they tell me "we need medical reason not because you said you can't" like are you serious?A medical PROFESSIONAL has literally said why I am out of work and they are still not accepting that. If I knew this would be such a hassle I would have continued to work. Yet instead of being paid for being out of work because of my pregnancy I have been going back and forth with them trying to "please" them with information they are asking for just for them to keep finding something wrong. They have been nothing but a headache and adds unnecessary stress. I guess they want something to go wrong so they can get sued for neglecting employees of their rights and make them work when they physically can't. It is ridiculous

    This is the worst company I've ever delt with, represents your employer and works against you. Constant wrong answers and more and more paperwork. The daily stress added extra days to my recovery. Denied my leave of absence because I didn't report it soon enough because I was in I.C.U... pathetic.

    The absolute worse company ever. Been out of work for over 1 year. 4 different claim reps. They don't call you back, don't return emails. You call corporate and stay on hold for hours and they connect you to a dead line and it hangs up on you. No one is willing to help at all. Now they stopped payments for no reason. And no one will tell you why. Stay away. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    They act like the benefits belong to them. My doctor took me off work for a few months i was paid for the first month and then after that i was denied still under doctors care this company isn't what It's supposed to be

    This company is horrific. You can see why companies would use them to handle insurance claims. They don't answer the phone and don't return calls for at least a week. Eventually the client or victim will just give up and they won't have to pay. Brilliant business model but it will catch up with them at some point. Avoid them if at all possible.

    ZERO STARS IF I COULD. This organization has been a nightmare to try and get them to do what they are supposed to do. Sedgwick manages the auto insurance claims for the company of a man who hit me. I cannot get Sedgwick to do anything. It's been 4 months and not a single thing has been done to help me get my cart fixed. I've been passed off to 3 different claims agents. They won't answer phone calls or emails. This should be illegal. It's now time to file a complaint with the *****************************. If you are in this situation keep detailed notes of dates, times and the name of who you spoke with or left a voice message with. I have 8 pages of very detailed notes.

    Sedgewick handles claims for ******. I am 6 and a half months pregnant with a high risk pregnancy. Every time I have had to deal with them there has been issues. This time is no different. Except I'm not getting paid this week due to their lack of communication and incompetence.

    Terrible experience. I am in need of help and this company is staffed with no one to help. The website is worse and provides zero information. Case worker called work number when I am not working. No idea why my company uses them but I fear for anyone that is in my position because they clearly don't want to help people that have benefits.

    I have heard and read about so many horror stories. I got lucky and got Anita (sedgwick at&t). I was pleasantly surprised by the communication and time line. Keep up the great work Anita!
