    Sedgwick is awful it is the worst insurance ever I’ve ever dealt with. They had approved me for short term and long term and then didn’t pay for a whole month then turned around and stopped my paychecks I have a disabled wife. At the time I had stage 3 kidney renal failure which all started when I had i had a heart attack 3 years ago. It’s not fair I’m paying for a service that I did not receive and was forced back to work thank about it does that put more money back their pockets because I was forced back to work and they cancelled my claims . And instead of listening to my primary I was supposed to have the test done ex specially from my heart doctor. Nope sent back to work horrible horrible company and I wouldn’t even give them a star but I have to to leave this message and I am not the only technician they have done this to so I’ve spoke with lawyer and moving forward.

    If I could give 0 stars i would. Company has absolutely no idea what their doing, you get the run around for a call back from an examiner. The examiner herself knows nothing. My last week pay was supposed to be at 100% and they say they spread it out over the sum of the Short term dis. So over them.

    I have only been dealing with them for a month. This company is such a scam!! I was approved then after spending 7 hours at Concentra where you have to go, to get seen , get all my injuries set, they get all the info back, The adjuster calls and says they got some new information and she had to deny the claim. Like mine is simple, there are pics, a witness, clearly seen by all my bosses at at the beginning of my shift, as I was called to their office, I had correct gear on, I simply stuck to the rubber coating on the stairs and fell breaking both my wrists. I have very good insurances (2). I don’t need the headaches of going to “their” medical places. But to deny me when I didn’t even want to file it but my boss said we had to. Now I am pissed because there is no “new” information they got, it is a tactic to deny claims! American Air needs to look into this company! Also in the little research I have done just in today, I found two other coworkers that have to get lawyers. They were denied because they said it was not work related! One was unloading heavy tools and hurt her wrist bad. DOING HER JOB!!! How is that not? They just pull anything they can to NOT pay! That is why I say it is a scam! I got hurt on the job period no ifs ands or buts about it, but they are going to deny me? SCAMMMMMMMM!!!!!! I gave 1star only because it won’t let me leave zero stars!!!! Shame on this company! Love that one person came and said this company is being falsely bashed, please don’t speak on what you do not know! Your ONE situation was yours, you can’t say ours is false! There are way more bad than one good bs comment!

    No one can call me back for updates, I requested for disability form my mental health to start on November 1st, all of my medical records and notes from my therapist and psychologist were sent. I have been waiting on an update from Sedgwick, requesting for a callback from my examiner who is never available. I have had to wake up in the morning since November 1st and message my supervisor every day with an update. I rep says it will take 1 -2 business days to get reviewed, a different examiner then says a nurse on staff to review my medical records that can take another 1-2 business days. I had to call again to get an update to be told my medical records don’t sustain my disability. I asked for another callback from my examiner on Thursday 11/9 and did not get hear anything back and it’s now 11/11. This is ridiculous and causing more stress for my mental health.

    I spoke to several representatives. I’ve done a claim for two different leaves. I done spoke to over 6 Representatives. All similar information received. Each email states doctor did complete form but they did. Then I get denied for the information sent stating it was for a different leave. Each rep told me it would support the claim. I just had a major surgery and can’t get anywhere with this company.

    Very racist company the employees are racist only if you are black, they speak to you like we are still in slavery, they say what they want with no accountability, getting someone on the phone is like pulling teeth, no one responds to email, worse company in the universe something needs to be done, im reaching out to the highest persons with authority to check their employees to treat people with professionalism and respect. 2023 we shouldn't have to deal with ignorance and race.

    I've had to deal with sedgwick three times in 28 years with my employer each time is worst. The entitlement they think they have to that supercedes your surgeons treatment recommendations. This last procedure I waited until I almost emergency surgery just because I dreaded having to deal with sedgwick. I understand they are an advocates for my employer but there method is to treat you as if your defrauding your employer by just trying to take of yourself and brow beat you until prematurely return to work. The sedgwick team forgets were people.

    The WORST! If i could give them negative stars I would!! Injured my shoulder at work and this adjuster has not been doing her job. The site has me listed as still working and i have not worked in over 3 months. Hearing officer told the adjuster to issue TTD/TPD benefits back in September and she has not done nothing. I am told that she does this with so many of the clients and that she is just a horrible adjuster. Sedgwick should be ashamed of themselves. It makes no sense.

    Worst experience at a professional level that I’ve ever experienced, my Dr took me out of work for 2 days because of a dog bite with simple accommodations…
    It’s been almost 3 weeks my claim is still pending, No one has any relevant answers an I keep getting pushed from person to person, I’m not getting paid for the time they are wasting on this.
    I have been forced to cancel the claim because I can afford to be out of work another week the accommodation has expired an I’m still waiting to return…
    Thesis company is trash …..
