      On May 24, 2024 at Milan Laser in Warner Robins, GA had an inexperienced tech severely damage my face by using an unclean razor on my face and neck and then she applied the laser treatment without any topical treatments. My face was burning and is still swollen, from the terrible laser burns and multiple dark scars and an awful rash with infection with multiple puss filled bumps all over my face and neck I looked like a monster for over a year.
      During a year of excruciating pain and suffering I was unable to work 6 months. Embarrassed by the swelling and scars, I saw doctors and tried to various topical medications and my face still has terrible scars and the swelling. My face has never looked the same to this day.
      I never received an apology or any compensation for my additional medical care and out of pocket expenses. I retained an attorney but for a year they refused to settle my case with him. Therefore he dropped my case and advised me to join the class action lawsuit against Milan Laser.
      They need to be held accountable for the damage to my face. My facial appearance has completely changed. I have tried several times to contact Milan Laser in hopes to settle my case on my own and I plan to file my case with the Bibb County Magistrate Court.
      The tech admitted she was new at the "Grand Opening" and she did not know how to work the laser equipment and kept calling on the phone for help while trying to perform the laser treatment. In addition that same tech used an unclean razor on my face.
      On May 24, 2024 I loss my quality of life and also loss wages!. The reason why I wanted to share my complaint is to definitely share my BAD and terrible experience in hopes that other's will try other choices and avoid something awful like this happening to them.
      In summary I do not trust Milan Laser. I wish I could share photos and video of how my face and neck looks. I cried many tears and I do not have the thousands of dollars to fix the damage.

      I am in disbelief. Terrible customer service! I had my first consultation on February 13th of 2025. I have had 5 appointments scheduled since then, yet I have been seen ONCE since my consultation. Every time they reschedule, it is due to lack of staff. They once cancelled on me when I was on my way to them! (I only live 20 mins away). I complained last time they cancelled and they just rescheduled me AGAIN. No consideration of a discount due to inconvenience. When I went to confront them in person, the office that is stated to stay open until 6pm, was CLOSED. Very frustrating and I am hugely disappointed. I had high hopes due to many positive reviews posted by other clients but they don't seem to care at the 5091 kipling st location.

      Rude, 4 minutes late and they cancel appointment when I was first patient and no one was there! Front desk rude, and would have to wait a month to get back in again. Paid for lifetime treatment and was making payments. Got a email my services were terminated and I could only contact them thru email. 2 months later got turned to collections for the balance? I have emailed them many times no response? Wow great customer service! Don’t ever go to this place. They obviously hire rude help.

      In the initial start of using Milan and signing up for their services, it was a breeze. You had very well spoken, well mannered, inconsiderate staff members, but on the other end, when it comes time to rectify situations, they do not want you to speak to management they do not want to render a refund. They do not want to show proof to you. Why a refund would take so long they work with the care company, which I really horrible review about as well. They will take your money instantly, but will not render a refund. I’ve had Milan for over eight months paid my payments on time and never had an issue on my end, but once it came time to give me my money back because I have never rendered any services from this company within the eight months because they never had an appointment, I am getting the runaround and nobody wants to speak to me or give me proof that I have spoke to them or email me anything and this is why companies are a scam. Milan is a scam. I’ve used the one in Fayetteville, North Carolina And I urge everyone to rethink working with this company and also rethink using cover care by Westlake financial institution, it is ultimately a scam and not worth using.

      Irma sells you products and doesn’t schedule you accordingly and Jessica refuses to do services you paid for because of Irma’s poor scheduling..I arrived before my scheduled time..had to wait because Jessica was running a couple mins behind..was told Irma didn’t schedule an area and that I could go back another day..thats not how it works..this is not my fault..I have paid for services and moved my work schedule around so that I could make this appt..Jessica was very rude towards me and so was the front desk manager refusing to give me corporate number and stating there was nothing she could do about it..Milan, is this the type of individuals you hire to run your business? You sell expensive services and purposely make schedule mistakes because this is the second time Milan St Charles does this to me! I will be reporting this place to BBB and on Tiktok platform regarding how I was treated..Jessica’s very condescending behavior towards me.
      I feel discriminated against and want a full refund over $5000

      I have been doing for a year and I my hair is still there. When I signed up they told me my hair will go away or it will be very minimal and that is very upsetting because you pay all this money for the hair to only go down my 20%. Also every time I go I have had a different person each and every time. I have been trying to call my laser place to at least schedule an appointment or a resolution and no answer. I am in desperate need of a cancellation of this laser company due to me having medical bills and I am just wasting money on something that is not working. If you would have told me this would be the experience I would be getting I would have never signed anything very very disappointing.

      I have previously written a 5-star review for Milan but have since had difficulties and would no longer recommend their services. I wrote my first review after only 3 treatments in 1 area that is now complete. I’m now on 2 areas in 1 treatment. My biggest complaint is the difficulty to get scheduled. I don’t live particularly close to any 1 office so I am able to drive to potentially 4 different offices. In my most recent experience I needed a touch up on a previously completed treatment area about 4.5 weeks before a trip. I work an odd work schedule but usually have 1 day off a week to make appointments. In this time frame I went through 24 possibilities for scheduling and was told there was no availability. It has been difficult to get scheduled with this company since the beginning, but has continually gotten worse, yet, the company is always sending out “promos” to add on a new area before prices increase, or makes offers at appointments. In addition to this difficultly, the practice has changed provider types. There was a provider I really loved and only found out about her leaving because she told me personally. Milan did not share with patients they were making the provider change from APRNs to RNs. I was hoping with this switch they would be able to recruit more staff and have greater scheduling availability, yet as I mentioned it has only gotten worse. Also, I feel the quality of care has greatly declined over the last 2 years, especially since this provider change. With these struggles I reached out to Milan and was told a practice or regional manager would reach out to me to discuss these concerns… yet I’ve yet to hear from anyone. So, at this point now that I’m invested for 3 different treatment areas (this is costly) I’m trying to get treatments in but it is taking longer than necessary. I recommend fir others to take their money elsewhere to a nice spa and buy a package. The allure of the lifetime treatments is not worth the struggles!

      I saw a promotion for Milan Laser back in December and revd a text from them to schedule a free consultation. When I got there the sales lady Sara was nice however I had to make a decision right then and there or else I could no longer get the deal. Mind you I still see these promotions all over social media and its now March. I realized that I was actually taking out a loan, which made me feel even more uncomfortable because it added up to almost 10k. I was promised I would be seen every month and every appt they scheduled its been cancelled. I went there in December and still havent been seen and its March now. After I made a complaint, Sara stated I would be able to get my deposit of $500 back in my bank account because I paid cash up front and get $600 off my loan. I was only able to get $1,100 taken off my loan amount but not an actual refund in my bank account. I have such buyers remorse and just would like to cancel my Milan and loan contracts especially since I haven't received any services yet, but they are not taking no for an answer. I cant even access the full payment agreement, just the total of my loan.

      My first appointment went well. The nurse was professional and empathetic. A new nurse has treated me at my last 2 appointments, and it was horrible! She is rough, intentionally rude and demeaning. I've tried to speak with the Medical Director or owner to no avail. I now need to drive twice as far to a different location to avoid being mistreated. I do not recommend this business ??

      Milan Hair Laser will sell you a "full t-shirt" package as a treatment that treats "everything covered by a t-shirt." I was told it covered "everything covered by a t-shirt" multiple times. Well apparently, that does not include the armpits, even though I am pretty sure I was told they were included. I guess I'll never know though because I didn't record the conversation.

      When I brought this up, the managers pointed the finger at each other and gaslit me. I don't know what to do now, whether to request a refund or not.
