I have reached out several times via chat asking to cancel my package and issue. Refund. I’ve had my appointment cancelled due to lack of staff able to administer treatment. When trying to reschedule they are all blacked out on most days or booked out so far due to the same issue. I’m not paying for services I can’t have completed. I am filing a formal complaint against Milan Laser Hair Removal for repeated service failures, lack of accountability, and breach of contract.
I signed a service agreement with Milan Laser Hair Removal for a laser hair removal treatment package, which I am currently paying for through a financing loan. However, the company has failed to consistently provide the services I paid for. My appointments have been repeatedly cancelled due to what they claim are “staffing shortages,” and I have been unable to reschedule within a reasonable time frame, causing significant gaps in my treatment schedule.
Specifically:
• My appointment on February 24, 2025 was cancelled by Milan, and I was not able to be rescheduled until April 1, 2025 — over five weeks later.
• Most recently, my appointment on June 11, 2025, which I booked three months in advance, was also cancelled. The earliest they could reschedule me was July 2, 2025, and even then, they could only offer treatment for partial areas — not all of the services I’m paying for.
I have attempted to resolve this issue directly with the company. I have asked multiple times to speak to a manager about the ongoing cancellations and unacceptable delays, but my requests have been ignored. I have not received any return phone calls or communication regarding my concerns.
Due to Milan Laser’s inability to provide timely services as promised in the service agreement, I am requesting that my service contract and loan be terminated immediately and that I receive a full refund for services that have not been rendered. It is unacceptable to be charged for services I am not receiving due to no fault of my own.

I am rejecting this response because:I am rejecting Milan Laser Hair Removal’s proposed resolution of a $1,000 discount.
This offer does not begin to address the core issues I’ve experienced. I am paying for a lifetime of treatments, but after nine sessions, I have not had full hair loss in the areas being treated — which is significantly below expectations given Milan’s marketing and treatment timeline claims.
On top of that, my appointments have been repeatedly cancelled by Milan, often last-minute, with rescheduling delays of several weeks. Most recently, my June 11, 2025 appointment — which I booked three months in advance — was cancelled, and the soonest I was initially offered was July 15.
This is not an isolated incident. My February 24, 2025 appointment was also cancelled and not rescheduled until April 1, a five-week gap that further disrupted my treatment schedule.
Despite multiple attempts to speak with a manager about these ongoing problems, I have received no response until I filed a complaint with the bbb.
A $1,000 discount does not fix the unreliable service, incomplete treatment results, or the fact that I am still locked into a loan for services that are not being delivered as promised. Staying with Milan would mean continuing to face scheduling issues and treatment delays that I have no control over.
For these reasons, I am requesting a full termination of my service contract and loan, along with a full refund for services and results not achieved.

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the laser hair removal services I received at the Milan Laser Hair Removal clinic located in Conroe, TX.
I purchased a laser hair removal package for full Arms and Brazilian Plus in September 2024. Despite completing multiple sessions, I have seen little to no results, which is highly disappointing given the cost and the assurances made at the time of purchase. As someone who has undergone laser hair removal treatments at other clinics using various machines, I am very familiar with expected outcomes and industry standards. Unfortunately, the services at this location fall far below those standards.
Most concerningly, during a recent session, I was burned due to improper machine calibration—a serious error that should never occur at a professional clinic and by a professionally licensed nurse. This incident was handled completely unprofessionally. I left multiple messages for the clinic manager, all of which were ignored. I also requested not to be scheduled with the same provider after the incident, yet no one followed up or confirmed the change. I had to call the general scheduling line myself to reschedule, and even then, I received no confirmation regarding my provider.
In addition, the clinic has had a high turnover of staff, with each visit becoming more frustrating than the last. The quality of care has declined, and the overall customer experience has been unorganized, unresponsive, and deeply unsatisfactory.
I was over-promised and under-delivered a service that I believed would be effective and professionally managed.
Given these circumstances, I am requesting the full cancellation of my contract and a complete refund of the full balance on my package. I believe this is a fair and reasonable request in light of the subpar results, treatment injury, and poor handling of the situation.

I am requesting a full refund and cancellation of the contract initiated on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at your Fort Worth location (**** ** ***** ***). I have not received any paid services under this contract, only the complimentary consultation and free laser treatment as advertised on your website.
At the time of my visit, I expressed to the manager my desire to pay in full before signing any contract. However, I was only presented with the option of monthly payments. It was only after signing that I was told full payment was indeed possible, at which point the manager’s demeanor shifted noticeably. This experience has led me to feel misled and uncomfortable continuing business with a company that does not communicate all available options transparently.
Given that no paid services have been rendered and the interaction was not conducted in good faith, I am formally requesting that my contract be canceled immediately and all charges refunded.

I paid $5,004 on 01/13/2025 for my hair removal. I recieved 2 services so far. During the 2nd service, I asked the treatment provider a question about a concern with my own body as I thought they were more knowledgeable than me. A few days later, I recieved a call and email, saying I was no longer allowed to enter any location or receive any further treatments. I felt hurt by their unthoughtful decision. Later, I recieved only $4,003.20 refund without any bills/receipts or explanations. I think it is unfair that they charge me $1,000 for their own poor decision of terminating the contract. On November 28, 2023, I began full-body laser hair removal treatments at Milan Laser’s Fishers, Indiana location after purchasing a package totaling $14,897.96. I have been paying for this service on a 3-year payment plan and have now reached the halfway point — meaning I have already paid $7,448.98 toward this service.
Since starting treatment, I have consistently attended appointments every 5 to 8 weeks, despite the fact that scheduling has been extremely difficult. Due to very limited availability, my “full body” treatments have frequently been split into multiple sessions, requiring me to make multiple trips for what should have been a single treatment session. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience.
I am now eight sessions into the treatment and am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my results. The salesperson strongly encouraged me to expect significant and noticeable hair reduction by this point, yet I am still experiencing a significant amount of dark hair regrowth in all treated areas. The results do not remotely align with what was advertised or promised at the time of sale.
Furthermore, the treatments themselves have been painful to an extreme degree — nearly unbearable at times — and I have endured them in good faith expecting the promised outcome. Given the significant amount of money I have already paid and the lack of results to date, I do not intend to continue paying the remaining balance of this contract for an outcome I am not receiving.
I am filing this complaint through the Better Business Bureau in hopes of receiving a fair and timely resolution to this matter.Business Response

Complaint Against Milan Laser Hair Removal – Lack of Provider Availability and Request to Cancel Contract
I am filing this complaint due to Milan Laser Hair Removal’s ongoing failure to provide consistent service at the locations near me. Out of 8 centers in my area, 5 currently do not have licensed providers available to administer treatments. The remaining staffed locations are significantly farther from me.
As a result, I had to drive to Holyoke, MA for my last appointment. Once there, the provider informed me she would be leaving the company, and my next appointment would likely be canceled due to lack of staff. This is a recurring issue and a major inconvenience.
At the time of my consultation, none of this was disclosed. I was led to believe I would have regular access to local, licensed providers. Had I known about the staffing shortages and scheduling difficulties, I would not have signed a contract.
To date, I have only received two treatments. Scheduling has been a challenge, and Milan Laser has not provided the level of service they advertised. I am requesting to:
Pay only for the two treatments I received, and
Be released from the remaining balance of my $4,644 loan (documentation attached).
I am seeking the Better Business Bureau’s help in resolving this matter. I believe I have been reasonable, but Milan Laser’s inability to provide service as promised is unacceptable. I hope to settle this fairly by discontinuing the contract and paying only for services rendered.

I signed a contract with a payment plant to receive laser hair removal, unlimited packages. The agreed upon timeline would be an appointment every 5 weeks. I have only received a 3, maybe 4, appointments in over a year of having this contract. I have been paying every month. When signing the contract I was told I'd need a minimum of 10 treatments, and even after the 10 could continue or come back as needed. Everytime I attempt to make an appointment it is either canceled, rescheduled, or the phone goes unanswered. I have not been able to get an appointment for several months now, despite being told I would receive a treatment every 5 weeks. I have reached out to customer service and have only received "we will contact you" messages. Despite waiting several weeks, no one has contacted me. This is a violation of contract. I was lied to and tricked into getting these contracts. Originally because of cancer, I had surgery radical hysterectomy. After the fact I noticed I getting some hairs. I never had on my body before and it made me too panic so I saw out laser treatment I first started with myface, which was my major concern and she said well let’s just do this package because it’s better which was a face and Brazilian. I originally wanted to do full body because at the time I was really afraid that these new hairs were gonna spread all over my body whichlater I figured out that it wasn’t going to happen like that thankfully so after about a year of getting the services, they cannot maintain staff And I didn’t really feel comfortable doing the Brazilian because they kept switching staff and I don’t feel comfortable later on she convinced me to try the full body which I did and I got several treatments, but I realize that it wasn’t really working after about a year. I couldn’t tell anydifference and I was having a hard time getting services and eventually that location closed down. I had to go to another location that was over an hour drive I ask to speak to the manager there because I wanted tocancel, but no one was available. They said they would call me back and that wasn’t the end of March and now it’s in June I’ve been calling the past two weeks trying to get These packages canceled, but I wanted to be able to keep what I had already paid for and they are trying to tell me that I added on parts that that nullifies anything I had paid for prior and that it would cancel out my complete packages all of them eventhough I’ve paid nearly $5000 already of maybe 10 or $12,000 loans- the lady who sold me the packages of course no longer works there and now I have to be at the mercy of someone that doesn’t know me and doesn’t really care. $5000 is a lot of money to pay to get nothing and then still they say I mayneed to continue to pay without serviceBusiness Response

I started a contract with Milan Laser, in Midlothian VA last year!! In my consultation, I stated several times, that I would like to treat my fine hair that I normally wax! I stated to the sales manager that I've never had course hair, nor do I use a razor! I also asked how many sessions will I need to take for my Fine hair! She stated 7! She also said I couldn't wax that I had to shave with a razor prior to my sessions!! After complaining my last two sessions about having more hair growth and a lil more courser after using a razor, and the laser was not working, the laser tech told me that it doesn't really work on fine hair!!!! IM a year in, now the truth comes out, when it was put on the table in the beginning, that I only had fine hair! With money invested and a year later, I'm seeing hair I haven't seen before starting laser!! I guess after 5 months they noticed themselves that it wasn't working, and informed me that they were changing my protocol! I contacted the corporate number early this morning, and was told that they will pass a message to regional manager to give me a call!! I questioned how long!? The answer was several days!!!! It didn't take several days for them to take my money, knowing they were selling me a package that couldn't accommodate my issues!! So if no answers soon, I will have legal assistance with this matter to get this contract cancelled and something done about my wasted money!Business Response

***** became a client of Milan Laser Hair Removal on 06/07/2024 when they participated in a free consultation. At the conclusion of the consultation, ***** purchased laser hair removal. Their choice of payment was through an internal and external loan. In our purchase agreement with *****, they signed and agreed to all sales being final and scheduled their first treatment.
On 06/02/2025 Milan Laser was informed that ***** filed a complaint with the BBB. A member of Milan's Client Services Team spoke with *****, resolved their concerns and offered an appropriate solution.
