      Poor delivery time for Fresh Foods.

      8 days to deliver " highly perishable " foods !

      Not even worth your time or effort.. ******************** sells the same products and they are actually fresh...

      My biggest complaint is that the food on their website doesn't match the product. For example bought the mini lobster grill cheese which looks good online with clumps of lobster but in reality it's a lobster flavored spread with specks of lobster. Same for the pastry Fillet mignon. Looks full of meat on the website but in reality it's full of gravy with very little meat and vegetables. The pastry does not flake and taste like cardboard. I tried to leave a review on their website but wasn't able too and noticed all the reviews are minimal and positive. Thought how unusual and wondered if only the best are selected but due to the 100% satisfaction guarantee tried my first order. Liked nothing! Had no issue with customer service per email and did issue refund for lack of satisfaction.

      Good Meat, terrible customer service. I got double charged, and had PHOTO PROOF of both transactions and they would refuse to see any sort of reason. I am appalled at the fact that they would *********************** refuse to fix it

      They will not stop sending me offers even after I've called them to stop. Its very annoying and I'm sure this is illegal after I have responded please stop. What else can I do because this is on going and I need them to stop.

      I recently placed an order with Omaha Steaks and called Customer Service to ask if I could choose a delivery date. I was told I could when I placed my order. I was surprised to have to pay $4.99 to pick a date but went ahead and did it. Then it turned out that I could pick ANY days of the week EXCEPT Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday. At this point I had no option but to settle on the Friday which was exactly the day I didn't want. I feel that I've been totally cheated to pay for a "choice" that in reality, was non-existent. My efforts to get the $4.99 have failed, I feel that I have been cheated! No worry, I'll never order again.
