    Company failed to show up for last treatment. They did not call or email with a notice or eamil. On a previous occasion the technician backed out over our driveway edge and ran over our flower bed - the driveway is three cars wide! The tech was more interested in listening to headphones than the job. With the last no show I told Ecoshield I was not happy with service and did not want to reschedule or PAY for the last service call. They said too bad I signed a contract for four treatments. I had also called numerous times to complain and the last call they said I would not be billed. Today I got a email saying I now owe $******. I refuse to pay it - not done - they are FIRED!     Long story short-On July 1-ish a door to door salesman came to my house selling a bug spray. I agreed to pay cash or check only for a $*** spray. I told him Im not giving my card # to a random guy. I also signed a very long, fine print document. The next day they sprayed the house but collected no money. Eventually a bill was mailed and paid promptly. Within a couple weeks EcoShield was trying to set up a date for an additional spray and additional cost. I told them I was not interested but they informed me I signed a contract and a cancelation fee of $*** would be charged if I refused. After a couple months of back and forth through calls and emails they are threatening with collection. I do not want this to affect my credit. But this is an obvious scam. No one is going to read a lengthy fine print contract on a tablet. I paid for the services performed and should not have to pay more.
