    Horrible customer service. Sent 2 redbud barefoot trees, have had to go through so much to get a refund. Trees came as 3ft Twiggs. Three quarters of trees were dead. Still no resolution

    I purchased a tree and a perennial from Nature Hills Nursery. They came separately and both were packaged very well. They were healthy looking. We planted them and both have done beautifully. I attribute this to their great start. I am very pleased with this company.

    NEVER order from this company. I received a barely alive plant detached from its pot, send pictures and not sure want else I could have done but they still were not convinced of it’s death. I’m the meantime they have ghosted me so I’m not out what I paid for a dead plant.

    Advertisement was 2 for the price of one, but I only received one. When I contacted the company, I was told that the plant I ordered was not listed under the 2 for the price of one. I tried to explain that it was listed under the 2 for one since that was where I saw the plant listed. I had never heard of this plant, so that was the only way I knew to order this plant was because it was listed under the buy two for the price of one. Was charged $64.98 for one small plant. I see this company has had lots of complaints. Wish I had reviewed this company before ordering from them. Very, very disappointed and would not recommend this company.
