    My tree was gorgeous upon arrival. It’s beautiful and exactly as described. I highly recommend this nursery! They were fast and friendly and the trees are gorgeous!

    Great experience. Found what I wanted. Ordering was easy and user friendly. Shipping was quick and the tree I purchased for my daughter was beautiful!!

    I ordered 2 containers of Purple Flame Iris' on July 22, 2024 and have not received them yet. I have contacted them a couple of times via email and phone and they informed me it is too hot to send the plants via mail. I have been ordering plants and shrubs online for months now and received all of them within 7-10 days with no issues regarding temperature. They received payment on July 22, 2024, and I have not received the product as yet (a months' time). I am seeking to obtain a full REFUND at this point, because the nursery has not delivered their product in a timely manner. I have ordered the same plants from another nursery that will have the plants delivered to me within 8 days. Thank you.

    I’m a first time customer, but I’m very impressed. The tree I ordered was delivered in great condition (a variegated birch), and it seems to be doing very well. It’s been in the ground for a couple of months now. The Japanese beetles chewed on it a little, but it is still doing well. Thank you!

    Ordered a white river birch tree, received what I ordered. A month later the tree is doing as good or better than I could have hoped or imagined.

    The Toka plum tree that I ordered arrived in excellent condition. I was well packaged, the foliage was fresh and the tree was a very healthy specimen. It flourished all summer upon planting.

    I LOVE my new Gingko tree! I had been searching local nurseries for several years but never found one with right size and price. I recently thought to look online and found the perfect tree at this nursery. It arrived quickly and in great condition - very well packaged. The tree shape and leaf structures are beautiful. I enjoy looking at it every day!

    I was happy to get the last rose in stock for a particular variety. It arrived in very healthy condition. Unfortunately, we were hit with a hot, dry summer. It probably wasn't the ideal time to plant. It's struggling a bit, but not the fault of the nursery. Hoping by next year it will be thriving again.

    Extremely disappointed with this company. First it took many weeks and many calls to get my order. Then I got notified my order was shipped but it didn't arrive for another 2 weeks so I can only assume it sat around before shipping. Two plants did not grow. Numerous calls and emails yielded nothing from company. They also told me I should have purchased the plant guarantee. Since I didn't my only option they said is to buy the plants again for 50% off and I have have to pay for shipping. They said I should have notified them when the plants arrived that they were dead. The problem with that is they were bareroot stems, shipped without leaves. How would I know they were dead? From this customer's point of view Nature Hills can ship dead plants and assume no responsibility. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
