    I have recieved a dead dry plant and tried reviving it for over a week without any success. No sign of life whatsovers. I contact Nature Hills asking for refund and they give me the run around for two days, asking for all type of pictures. At the end they tell me they do not do refunds and accuse me if waiting too long to contact them. And if I was to contact them earlier they would tell me to give the dead plant more time. I was a customer for many years but will not be any linger as they never fix any of their issues when issues come up.

    Had a horrible experience with them! Never received my order, didn’t provide any updates, kept giving me excuses why it hadn’t shipped - and then when I asked to cancel, told me I’d be charged a 20% restocking fee when it never was sent! Crooks!!!

    I join the chorus of other duped customers who have had the hassle of dealing with Nature Hills Nursery. I ordered a purple pony plum tree [with the correct Zone and best time of year for planting confirmed by their arborist] last October.] It arrived with a few dry leaves and a sickly look overall. I reported immediately and was told to do a scratch test. That odyssey continued until now, July of 2024. I was polite in all of my correspondence. I did the scratch test THREE times, had my own arborist [who knows our property, our trees, and our climate] declare it dead, and Nature Hills STILL persisted and claimed that it had arrived in viable condition with "supple leaves." What an aggravation. I am disgusted that I didn't fully take in their sub-par terms and conditions for replacement. As countless other customers have lamented, their big 'customer support' only provides 50% of the original value of the tree and then charges elite shipping. i.e. One ends up paying as much if not more than the original purchase with NO confidence that a replacement will be any better than their sub-standard delivery in the first place. I believe that the BBB should help those of us in this circumstance receive FULL REFUNDS for these faulty products.

    I ordered four vanilla strawberry hydrangeas online. In the beginning, after reading all the reviews, I was concerned, but I gambled my chances. Today, I received four healthy alive, beautiful vanilla strawberry hydrangeas. They were nicely packed and I’m glad I ordered from Nature Hills.

    I purchased and received 2 Crystal Fountain Clematis plants (as they had a BOGO offer). They were perfectly packed and healthy when I received them! The plants were not broken or dry. They were still green and thriving even after being shipped for many days. They were shipped in 6 inch rounds, but the heights of the growth were 10” & 11”. They were a little more expensive than some other places that I have purchased from even with the buy one get one offer but considering what I received from other nurseries at a slightly lesser price, I would much rather pay a little bit more to get a better than “decent plant” as I received great ones!

    Three weeks later and shipment is still on hold. Outrageous expedited shipping cost. When I tried to cancel they told me they couldn’t cancel the order since it’s in shipping mode but hadn’t yet shipped.
