    2 St. John's Wort plants arrived in perfect condition because of the careful packaging. Pliants are pristine-no bugs. Tall and full. Witin one week one of them bloomed 20+ flowers. Need to be watered frequently.

    I ordered two Fairy roses from Nature Hills Nursery and they came on time and were so fresh and ready to bloom that I was extremely pleased. I have never ordered roses in the mail that have come in such beautiful shape, ready for my rose holes. They were well-watered and not one little branch was broken in the packaging. Right now they are in my garden, with hundreds of little blossoms ready to bloom later this month. This is the most I have ever spent on roses, but worth every penny. I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

    I ordered two lilac bushes from them. One survived a year, the other did not make it three months. It had a tag stating zones 3-7. I sent them pictures of the tag and plant. The website stated 3-8. I was told that "their" horticulturist states that it is 3-8 and that all lilacs are for 3-8. This is a lie. Their website has mostly 3-7 for sale. After many attempts to get full credit, they only gave me 50%. With $39.99 shipping it totaled the same as the original price! it was definitely a company error, but repeatedly they denied it. I will never do business with them again and would suggest others choose elsewhere!!!

    Please do not purchase from this company. I bought 2 6ft Japanese silk lilac trees & lavender bushes spent over $200 everything died except 1 of the trees within 6 months. When I complained they made me send pics & do scratch test twice before the offered a replacement tree that cost more than what I paid but said 50% off but also had to pay $40 for shipping & handling & the replacement would not be under warranty. Worst business & customer service I've ever dealt with. Help close this business down!!!!

    I ordered two quaking aspens last fall ('23), October, paid just under 300 dollars. They were bareroot and planted during dormancy within days of receiving them. Neither tree made the winter, mild as it was. I contacted customer service and was told I can pay 50% plus shipping for replacement. I understand their policy (actually, I don't--it's garbage, but hey--it's their policy, and I agreed, ridiculous as it is), but this situation seems very different given that the trees were shipped in dormancy and never saw a growing season in my care. they were sent asleep, planted, cared for, and never woke up for their first spring.

    As I said, I understand their policy, but they won't even refund 50% of my money given that I'd rather not pay for anything else from them. So--I'm out 300 bucks, two trees, and the cost of replacements.

    Further, customer service states that they "feel" that the trees were sent to me in perfectly good condition and that my failure to water them is the cause of their death. The images they required me to send as evidence show their dead trees surrounded by living trees, so there's that! They keep telling me that I didn't tell them of any issue until now, but how on earth would I have known there was an issue?!

    These people are thieves. These people are unethical. Spend your money elsewhere, and save yourself the aggravation.

    Bloodgood Japanese Maple tree arrived in a tall secure box and immediately unboxed it and to my delight, a very full & gorgeous Bloodgood Japanese Maple unfolded. I wish I could attach a picture, very proud of it.

    The worst and the the most expensive store to buy plants. Warranty is a gimmick to get you to buy another plant at high prices. The tree took over 3 months to ship & when it arrived it was half dead & ended up dying shortly after planting it. Customer service didn’t help at all, not only do they not cover or honor shipping on expensive plants - they raise it!
