  What a deal! Received our 2 oak trees within a week in excellent condition. All planted now along with 2 ash trees and lantanas.

  My tree is very healthy and I appreciate all the trouble that was taken to make sure it got to me alive and well. In fact it was better than I expected it to be. This tree was thriving and I will make sure that it continues to do so. This is one order I can say surpassed my. expectations. Thanks again nature Hills!

  Awful company to work with. We ordered a wisteria tree, never got a confirmation email. When we hadn't heard anything in a month but our credit card had been charged, we filed a dispute with our credit card company. Our credit card company had requested info from Nature Hills and Nature Hills never responded so the credit card company reversed the charge. Two weeks after the dispute was filed suddenly a shipment arrived with a tiny, pathetic looking tree (still no email from the company with confirmation or shipping info). Now the company is harassing us at work wondering why the credit card company reversed the charge, even though they were the ones that would not contact the credit card company and we could not cancel the dispute without them contacting the company. They are an awful company to work with, their products are not as advertised and their communication is non-existent, unless they are harassing. I will not order from this company and I will make sure others are aware how they work.

  Hello Becky - in reading this review, we are going to assume you are Andrew's wife.  Regarding your confirmation not getting to you... the answer is simple: when you or your husband entered the order, your email was entered incorrectly.  Instead of typing "@gmail.com", the text typed was... "@gamil.com".  That would 100% explain why the confirmation did not make it to you.  At no time, did our staff receive a call or email with any questions or concerns, but if you'd done so, you would have been clearly told that the reason your order did not ship to you in Utah in late-July or early-August was because the plant you purchased is grown in the Gulf Coast and the extremely high heat in Oklahoma and Texas created a wall of dangerous heat that would have killed your material if we had sent it before we did.  Your shipping emails also were tied to the email which was entered incorrectly.  Lastly, if the material was in poor shape, we do want to assist you - but again, no word from you within 2 to 3 days of receipt of the product.  We want to help our customers as much as we can, but if we don't know about an issue - how can we do so?  Thank you.
