  Very poor customer service. I placed and order, it was confirmed and then I heard nothing for 21 days and wrote them to cancel. They wanted a $10 charge to cancel, offered an account credit and asked why I wanted to cancel. I told them BECAUSE I HAD NO STATUS UPDATE FOR 21 DAYS. Need to avoid this business.

  I wanted some rare apple trees that I couldn't find locally, so I ordered the trees online from Nature Hills. The trees arrived in two shipments, one for each type of apple. The second shipment took a little longer than I had expected, but I eventually got exactly what I ordered. All four trees survived the trip and arrived in decent shape, and now that they have adjusted to their new home, they are very healthy and putting on new growth. Nice job.

  I have had very good luck with everything I have purchased. All came very healthy and I can proudly say, they are still alive. The hydrangeas have beautiful flowers and its just the second year.

  Nature Hills' customer service has degraded to the point of being rude. I placed an order in May that never arrived shipped (hadn't been picked by the shipping company) after 28 days. I placed another order on Aug. 2nd and just cancelled it since I found another nursery that shipped #3 container, shipping cost included, whereas Nature Hills offered only a #1 container for 30% more for the plant, plus, shipping of $40.
  The new nursery already delivered the plant which is beautiful. I placed a second order with them.
  Customer service promised a refund in two to three weeks; I found that time to be excessive and stated so. The customer service agent immediately became defensive and stated that I shouldn't talk to him like "that". I was merely, and unsatisfied customer.
  Contrast this experience to a problem three years ago where I received a damaged cherry tree and the agent was empathetic and exceedingly helpful.
  Nature Hills needs to understand that without customers, they have no business.

  I ordered two Blue Arrow Juniper - #1 Container 2-3 Feet. They were shipped from Oregon. They arrived well packaged and with moist soil. I live in PA and was worried about them being shipped across the country. I probably would not have ordered from this nursery had I known before they were being shipped all the way across the country. But the two junipers looked great and looked exactly as was pictured on the web site. I have potted them up and plan to plant them in the fall. The only drawback is the packaging was done with industrial staples and I now have tennis elbow because of the struggle to get them out.

  Amazing quality and healthy plants. The free blueberry plant they sent was a 4 foot blueberry tree! Excellent communication. Highly recommend

  I purchased a very expensive tree. I came dried up and wilted. Being it was probably in shock shipped without water for a few days we planted it and continued to water it. Two days later our tree did not look any better. I emailed the company many times following up with pictures. They began to give me a run around. I failed to call them the day or next day or delivery therefore I was out over $200
  For this tree. They said to wait a week. Weeks went by and my tree was dying. I filled their instructions with watering, keeping it moist etc. but in the end their excuse was I didn’t email them right way when it came out of the box. They know when it’s shipped and not watered in a box without Sun the tree will obviously be wilted. They will not own up to selling me a dead tree. Please do not waste your money and if you do take lots of pictures as soon as you open the box. Make sure you complain within seconds of opening the box. Waste of money, scam and terrible customer service. This was a gift for Father’s Day so disappointed

  The plants looked great. The packaging was done very thoughtfully and protected the plants from harmful shipping. I was very happy to begin planting. Thankyou so much. I will definitely order from here again. Everything is green and healthy.

  I was surprised how well the tree that I bought was packaged and how quickly it was delivered. I would order from them again in a heartbeat
